I got pulled over the other day by a police officer. He said I swerved. He thought I was drunk or on drugs. I said the reason I swerved was I was trying to put on some hand sanitizer. Then he looked at my phone on the dash board and asked am I doing Uber Eats? I said yes on a delivery right now. He asked for my ID which was in the trunk, told him that. He let me go. I told him happy holidays. He was actually really cool.

I would have made a claim on the damage to the bumper. It was their fault not yours and his insurance would have to pay. Your insurance only goes up if its your fault and it wasn't, according to you.
Being rear ended is always the other driver fault, unless you brake checked them and they can prove it.
Law in Florida.
"Car Insurance Rates After an Accident
It's important to note that Florida Statute 626.9541 prohibits insurance companies from raising rates just because you were in an accident. This applies unless it can be proven that you were substantially at fault for the accident Nov 21, 2023"
So next time get the info from other driver. There could actually be more damage under the bumper and the next time someone hits you from behind could cause injury to your family, because the safety features under that plastic bumper was collapsed. Plastic bumpers flex back and it is hard to tell if more damage occurred. I would have it checked to be sure if it is still safe.
Always always get the other drivers info and insurance, have the car checked out and then decide if you want to pursue the issue.

Walmart employees cannot tell you that you cannot record outside you should have asked her what are you trying to hide. Got into it with a noodles & company employee today wanting me to make drinks I'm not their employee I'm not paid to make their drinks I'm there to pick up the order and deliver it to the customer and that is it.

I had to get a new car. I have a paper plate. Can I still drive UberEats? I added the car so on the list and no longer pending, but it won’t select that car. No picture of the car either. Support is not understanding how I have a paper plate and not regular hard plate yet. Anyone have this scenario?

Make sure you change the date on your dash cam. At almost the 4 minute mark, it says 1/17/23. That won't help you if needed & have the wrong date! 👍
