The aftermarket support for these type R’s is no joke. They can make 500hp on stock ecu. The si’s and other trims need a motec system to achieve that. Good race and that thing sounds so good... 🤤 you sir got a sub
You’ll be surprised the numbers it makes with just FBO the car burly passes the 3k pounds so yeah it moves I have a 21 CTR stock my goal is by the end of the year to be FBO tune bc the way the ECU works on these car if you got bolt ons the car is gonna read it as stock if you don’t tune it. And also I’m enjoying it stock for the moment

Honda obviously has more mods, I would've liked to seen a dig👍. The Honda wouldn't stand a chance against a LSA SS.

The SS probably makes 400whp also. A FBO type R on e40 is easily in 380-400whp range.
Yes, SS makes about 425whp
Just a cam, e85, and bolt ons put my 15 SS at right under 500 to the wheels.
