I actually cut some extension wires for a Raspberry Pi GPIO kit, and put heat shrink tubing around the end to make it more durable. They work surprisingly well

Lol download jrunner and the program iteself comes with the diagrams for the nand reader 1.- Solder the chip/solder the nand reader 2.- Read the nand and write the ECC 3.- Recover the cpu key from the Ecc , then create the Xebuild and write the nand once again 4.- Done

Good eye! It’s actually relatively fresh paste from when I restored this console for my personal collection a few months ago

Yeah in my experience the stock paste they use is junk and every xbox I work on now that hasn't been repasted the stuff is bone dry and brittle.

360 E’s with a Winchester board cannot be modified unfortunately

Mine too, just check if it’s a corona then RGH3 it. You can’t remove the “antivirus” lol if you haven’t figured out

2014-08-14 is the cutoff date, you should be fine if your xbox was manufactured before that
