@@EnvIshaan I have one doubt. In XAT as after every 8 unattempted questions there is 0.1 negative marking. So is the mark deducted from the overall score? Or will it also impact on sectional scores?

As far as I remember off the top of my head, there were around 5k students that gave Interviews last year, and around 1200 got the merit list call, of which some leave and some stay. The numbers can be slightly off since I don't remember the exact numbers now.
i saw somewhere that nmims results come out in march and if one gets selected does he need to book the seat immediately or else he'll lose it or can he wait for iims to announce their results if he feels he can convert them and if he doesn't then he accept the nmims seat?
That's correct. You need to book your seats immediately, but you get a refund in case you don't decide on joining. The 100% refund will be applicable for as long as 15 days before their season does not start.
And banks are supportive, they will help you in this scenario since you'll most probably take a loan
@@EnvIshaan how much do we need to pay to book the seats
@@garv975 I don't remember the amount, but it was the first year fee (around 11 lakh I think). You get all of it back minus 1k if you take your money back
Sir my academic marks is 8/5/6 can i convert nmims mumbai pls reply I'm fresher
What's your NMAT score?
@@EnvIshaan sir next year dena h ,
@@SaurabhSingh-ce1oy They do consider acads, but not as much. Workex nahi hai toh mushkil hoga. I'd say aim for some other colleges, it'll be really difficult to get in with no workex and low acads. Or score very high in nmat and do well in interviews.
@@EnvIshaan if I scored well and perform well in pi then it is possible to convert?
Or I think same thing apply on sibm Pune ryt ?
Hey,
I got 245 in Nmat ( 78,78,89)
10th : 93.1
12th: 74
Btech : 72.2
Work ex : 2.5 years
Possible that I can convert?
Absolutely possible, good workex always helps. All the best for your interview!
Also,
I have only NMIMS , because I couldn't sectional in CAT..so just in case i Convert nmims mumbai...shall I repeat for CAT again ?
Because I am not satisfied and I think I can do much butter but considering my low score in 12th and more work exp by that time..what should I do?
It depends. If you want a career in consulting only, maybe you can reconsider. If you want a career in Finance, NMIMS is one of the best in the country. If you want one in marketing, maybe you can ask the seniors from the college as they can give a better picture.
@@mohit_gidwani7 bro did you convert NMIM mumbai?
Hi Nice video Buddy! I have NMAT Score 252 qa 78 ls 86 LR 88 ihave 1 year gap during which i did CFA Level-1, several other certification in finance, My Acads are 95 72 72? What are chances of conversion? i wanna go to finance side
Not bad at all! I'd say CFA Level-1 will definitely help. NMIMS looks for financially literate candidates, do you have any workex? Your acads won't matter as much. You have a good chance I would say
@@EnvIshaan no workex
Qa-69
Ls -73
Lr --82
Total 224
Am i eligible for mba BA from nmims mumbai , what are my chances ???
Your QA score is really borderline, but your overall is low. It'll be difficult at 224 marks to qualify unfortunately.
@@EnvIshaan but businesses analytics cutoff was 225 last year , and sectional cutoff are all clear
@@Reviewgang1 My bad, I thought you're talking about core MBA. Yes, for BA it might be possible, but still, need the cutoff to drop by 1 mark.
Hi bro, my NMAT Score: 247, acads: 9.8/94.2/8.25, workex: 4+ years , My interview was average. Do I still stand a chance?
Yes interview counts for 10 marks only
how is nmims bangalore?
Not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it
got 239, ls-73, qa-78, lr-88, what are my chances for nm mumbai?
Your LS score is too low. It'll be very difficult
is nmims banglore worth joining?
You can connect with their students for better understanding, I personally did not apply for it.
@@EnvIshaan thank you so much bro🤩
Hey!
My NMAT overall score is 234.
LS : 90
LR :82
QA : 62. I know QA might create a problem. What can be done with this score? What all good calls i can expect and what all should I consider?
Bangalore is very difficult to get, but possible. Indore and Hyderabad you will get, but I'd absolutely suggest against going to any college other than NMIMS Mumbai
@@EnvIshaan Got it. Thanks!
And what should be safe score for XAT? Individual as well as sectional wise
@@EnvIshaan I have one doubt. In XAT as after every 8 unattempted questions there is 0.1 negative marking. So is the mark deducted from the overall score? Or will it also impact on sectional scores?
I would say aim for 40. 40 is a safe score for call, but maybe not a great percentile. Anything above 42 will be good. Sectional minimum would be 13 for VARC, 12 for quants and 9.5 for DM. Aim for scores higher than this. @@Writersstopp
Not sure but I think it only effects the overall, I am not sure how they would implement it for sectionals, unless you leave all 8 in one section.@@Writersstopp
