Nothing to do with these guys but do look out for Punchdrunk as well. We've not had tickets to see the last couple of productions by them, but we have seen all their earlier productions and, if you like this, you'll like Punchdrunk as well!

Great vid, as well as seeing you 2 having a great time with it. Do need to get round to doing my updated review on the current run (as I reviewed the 2019/2020 run on the day the Experience reopened).
Going to be giving their new upcoming experience: The Gunpowder Plot in May a go? It was supposed to replace WOTW back in 2020, but with how successful WOTW has been, they decided to keep it running and open the new experience near the Tower of London instead.

I didn't really get any idea what it was like 😂
What we loved about it was not knowing too much. Basically, you will be led around rooms, there will be actors playing certain roles, and there are three moments when you have to wear VR headsets and really immerse yourself in the War of the World story. There's also a break for pints half-way through. I think we said all that in the review, but we didn't want to go into too much detail of what the VR bit is because that would spoil the surprise. It really is great fun, as other punters have commented.
We've booked it as part of our London visit from Canada. My husband uses a cane but is fairly nimble, do you think there will be any issues?
I think it will be fine. There's only one bit that may be a slight challenge where you have to climb through a window but I am pretty sure that the organisers will have a more accessible option for him. They are very well organised.

Isn't it just! Will take some beating. There's a lot of interactive immersive experiences in London at the moment, can't see this being topped any time soon!
How long since this have been in London? And is this suitable for youngsters like myself and how long are you doing it for?
It's suitable for anyone over 12 according to their FAQ. It's been on since before the pandemic, May 2019 I think. Doesn't show any sign of ending. You can use a new code LYLMARTIAN for £10 off the price of two standard tickets. We don't make any commission from it.
Hi, I'm about to go and see this show. The one thing I'm worrying about is that it will be too scary for me because I'm a b***h, that and also that I'll be grabbed. Can you tell me if I'll get grabbed or jumpscared?
Sorry about the delay in replying. There is one moment where you may get touched (perfectly appropriately) while wearing the goggles. However, the people running this are professionals and if you ask them to leave you out of that particular moment they will be sure to comply. It's a very minor thing, it didn't bother me. It's not scary, particularly.
@@LoveYourLondon never minds the googles bit.. the house had me almost freak out and the church bit but its a minor thing when compared to modern jump scare movies
@@MrRevan991 Yes we agree. @Spiker_Rider 10 asked if he will get grabbed so I did need to tell him/her that at one point this does happen but, as you said, it's nothing really.
There was one jump scare where a young girl literally fell over. She laughed it off and it was the highlight of the whole show for me x
There is a metallic claw near the start what goes through the window and the lights gone out then the tentacle grabs someone
