Mando and the baby are in some sort of big fight with Gideon and his cronies. Maybe some of there allies too. Everyone is pretty beat up to various extents but all the imps are killed. Mando is really injured and has some sort of touching final words. Any other jedi who are there help to heal the others but Nando dies before they can help him. Baby yoda notices and starts to try to heal him. The others tell him to stop and leave him be and that he’ll die. If he can talk at some point maybe he says something about saving him. If he can’t he just coos and shakes his head. Mando comes back and realizes what baby yoda has done. Naybe he says something maybe not. But he dies in his arms. I can just imagine the internet collectively sobbing. I just thought of this watching baby yoda heal Grief. Honestly the reverse is more likely to happen.
