I shot this video with my beloved Fuji X-T3 and the excellent 18-55mm "kit" lens (it's not really a kit lens though). Highly recommended, buy it here: amzn.to/2ZmtpXL
I shot all of these clips (accidentally) with Fuji's Classic Chrome film simulation (but quite like it), and edited the footage in Final Cut Pro using a LUT but keeping the overall look and feel as natural as possible.

Too kind, thank you again. Yes, I really try to keep it all as simple as possible. I don't like the idea of looking back on a video in, say, 20 years and thinking, 'oh god, that barrel roll transition was so 2018!' haha! Should be more about the subject/story I think, rather than the edit.
I really need to start getting faster with my uploads haha! Will try my best to get another video live within this month.

Which LUT are you using?
I can't honestly remember, but I can tell you it was a free one I found somewhere. Maybe just an S-curve LUT actually.
