My siter bought brand new BMW 330CI silver realy good car after a month a knocking started in the boot when she set off and when she braked , they picked it up 9 AM then they brought it back 4 pm and said all done love no charge here is your bottle off wine that was in the boot rolling around .
If something looks too good to be true then it usually is. First rule about auctions - these cars are not there because the owner wants to give someone a present - why would he do that in a situation where he can put it on some portal and sell it for what they normally cost? In most cases these are hidden defects and a bad past of the car and of course you can show on yt what opportunities you can find there but these are opportunities for people who have access to parts, workshops and make a living from this business. Then you hear stories about x6s being faulty and expensive to repair etc. It is not strange since people buy a cobbled together car that was last serviced with the first owner a decade ago. A car that cost 80,000 pounds 12 years ago now costs 6,000 because its condition and history indicate that a lot of money needs to be invested in it to get it in order. Parts have not become cheaper.
