Yes! It’s a self-selected group - people who have had disappointing experiences with it. People having great experiences weren’t necessarily commenting! I have had mixed results with Kosas. My point: recommend it if you like it! It is your explanations as to “why” you like it, explanations re the qualities of it, that are insightful and helpful to me in making choices about what to try.

I know I’m a crank, but “tan lines” don’t have a color, RMS! There’s the tan, then the paler skin that was beneath the cloth. That’s 2 colors, neither or which is a “tan line.” I cannot escape being annoyed by this : (

fwiw i’m 46 with combo leaning dry skin, and i love the tower 28 concealer. i’m v cool/fair and haven’t had the best luck with kosas shades on my skin. i did get one of the new ones and it pulls so orangey yellow. everyone is truly different, but don’t stop using what works for you! the ND highlighter looks gorgeous. ETA: i’d love to see the Make beauty eyeliners, i’m on the waitlist for one of the multichrome eyeshadows for ages now!

Are people really not living the Tower28? I use the lightest shade and I have very fair neutral skin, and I'm on my second tube! It leans slightly yellow, but blended out, it reads more as color correcting than ice cream color on me. That sucks if other people aren't having that same experience because the T28 and the LYS are my holy grail concealers!

I bought both sail and swept in the Sephora sale and every morning I pick one up to read which one it is (they keep getting separated and my vanity is chaos at the moment). As soon as I read sail, it just immediately plays in my head and I start laughing.
So I avoided the swipe concealer for so long because the palest shade was quite yellow and I’m more neutral cool, but the next shade up was too dark. But when I was shopping in store it was the only one I felt covered my blueness in my skin well without creasing horribly and I felt like it still somehow sheered out so the lack of color match wasn’t so obvious. I bought it. While I’d still love for them to further extend the shade range, I’m really happy with my choice to do that.

Speaking just to formula and not shades, I wonder if those who find tower 28 drying have dehydrated skin and not just dry skin. My skin is always dry. It doesn’t produce enough oil. When I’m only dry, a thinner serum consistency works best because it doesn’t settle into fine lines. But when my skin becomes dehydrated and the outer layer lacks moisture, I need something creamier because a thinner formula looks more drying and highlights texture.
Maybe if everyone comments about a Kackie and Sigma colab then it’ll happen! I have no need for more eyeshadow but if you made palette with one and done or two and done bedroom eyes brown colors I would buy it so quickly! Also I’ve put myself on a no buy for a while. But there are so many things I want to try that you’ve mentioned in your videos. I’m not a highlighter girl, like if I own a highlighter it’s because I got it as a sample, but that ND one looks gorgeous.

I just got one of the fairest shades of the tower 28 and it’s such a great match, blends into my skin really seamlessly and feels incredible under my eyes! I’ve never had a concealer that feels or wears like that on my Sahara desert skin. Hopefully they will adjust some of the shades people are having issues with or add some more for fair skin bc it’s such a beautiful formula ❤

I saw that you can mix the Natasha Denona highlight with her Hyglam priming serum. Kinda like the KJH highlight. It’s like a mix product. I’m not 100% though. By itself, it looked gorgeous on you.
yea, tried the tower 28 concealer under my eyes at Sephora. I've never looked as old and dry. It made my skin age 30 years in 30 seconds as it dried. I'm 34, dry skin, and usually use and love the Givenchy prisme libre concealer. Kosas worked fine on me but didn't last as well and creased a bit more than the Givenchy
Always be careful when you test a complexion product in store. Your skin isn't prepped like you would prep it at home before makeup so it's not always apples to apples.
No way, Kackie! I absolutely couldn't disagree more... the Tower 28 concealer is amazing and I honestly wasn't wowed by the kosas. I still love my armani luminous silk and the tower 28 is even beating that out these days!!! It's great. So there. 😂😂😂
Ahh I always say that I think multichromes look best on brown eyes - because the brown is like a neutral, so when the shade shifts to a different color or undertone, it won’t clash with the eye color. I have like warmish-tealish eyes, so certain colors like cool blues and purples look a little off. But warmer blues, or lilac (as opposed to lavender) look very complementary. But several of the indie-shifty-shadow creators that I follow (you know, the kind of IG acct where they only post a close up photo of their right eye always from the same perfect 30degree angle?) have brown eyes and I’ve started noticing how they are able to rock almost any color. Obviously anyone can rock any color that they want, but I’ve just started noticing that when my initial reaction is that an eye look is “overpowering,” it is almost always on a blue or green eye. Anyway all that is to say, I think I would be more adventurous with color and multichromes if I had brown eyes. Funny to hear you say you think shifting colors don’t look good on you… I am pretty sure you just don’t like color 😬 I have doubts about the relevance of multichromes 😅 BUT I do think you would change your mind if you got to play with some of Riley’s (seeking shifts on IG) “spicy neutrals” - multichromes that have muted neutral bases with topper-like subtly shifting sparkles. Rather than those classic black-based multichromes (I immediately think of that hot pink-to-green type of shade, yikes) which I wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole either 😂
I love the formula for Tower 28 concealer. I just wish they had shades for light olive skin. Same with Givenchy and Thrive. Best I can find in a similar formula is Armani Luminous silk. Unfortunately Kosas settles into my lines too much and somehow makes its way onto my contact lenses even if I powder.

I have tried the Kosas and Tower 28 and in my experience both have the same “ice cream” issue with the lighter shades. I know Kosas put out more “cool toned” shades but they still aren’t cool. 0.7 is very orangey and dark on my hand. I was sad. And 0.5 is way too light and literally yellow. I bought the Tower 28 in 2BU and it’s okay, but not great. A little too olive for claiming to be on the cool side it seems. I’ve always struggled finding good matches. The Haus Labs in 0.3 (I think?) fair rosy is pretty damn good for a match but my skin reacted badly to the formula and I got some sort of dermatitis on my eyelids. Again, sad.. I feel like there’s almost too much skincare in that formula??? Sigh 😢

I wish I could say I love the Tower 28 concealer but I find my under eyes look crazy dry every time I wear it. I’ve tried putting extra moisturiser under my eyes and using just a little bit but nothing works. It just looks terrible. Too bad because the colour is a great match for me. I mostly use it for spot correcting.
I just wanted 2 say that I bought Ravie Beauty from Allie on in the first 3 minutes of its release ;) I got all 3 shades and they are beautiful colors and feel sooo good on your lips. It does wear off "flawlessly" as it says in the description if I remember. I also combine the nude with Dahlia if I recall, though I'm tending to wear them both alone on no makeup makeup days and on top of a lip liner on days other says.

I started eons ago with buying Sigma brushes, but I really like their shadow palettes. The formula is easy to work with and I love the color stories they work together. The eye look you put together is right up my alley. Question? I have the RMS Bohemian girl blush but mine is not pink at all, it's start up coral. I'm wondering if my product was mislabeled because yours is so pink. I might have to run into the Blue Mercury near me and check out the color in store against mine. I also have Crystal slipper which I think is a Kackie color. I'm very tempted by the bronzers, which I need like a hole in my head. LOL

I bought Beachwalk Betty and I LOVE IT!!! The blushes are beautiful and I even like the highlighter (I prefer a more subtle highlight). Makes me want to try other products from the line.
I love the tower 28 concealer. I’m extremely fair as well, and I don’t see the “ice cream “ issue. Different people will have different opinions. The tower 28 does not crease on me while the kosas does (without powder). 🤷🏻♀️
Now, I have oily skin, but beware that oil massaging method sometimes can cause way worse breakouts. Because for a short time it feeds the oil feeding bacteria. I have also heard people getting fungal infections from the environment creates the skin.
The Tower 28 concealer is the best for me - not just shade but it does not crease on me. That is saying something since my under eyes are 55 years old. Maybe bc i wear the DLTA shade? I think it's number 4. Is that not light enough to see the ice cream colors?

It has A smell. I don't think it's bad it's just distinct lol
I personally enjoy the smell. If you have tried the Make emulsion, I find them to smell similar to each other, but that could just be my nose lol. ☺️

I'm 34, dry skin, and usually use and love the Givenchy prisme libre concealer. Kosas worked fine on me but didn't last as well and creased a bit more than the Givenchy
Always be careful when you test a complexion product in store. Your skin isn't prepped like you would prep it at home before makeup so it's not always apples to apples.
No way, Kackie! I absolutely couldn't disagree more... the Tower 28 concealer is amazing and I honestly wasn't wowed by the kosas. I still love my armani luminous silk and the tower 28 is even beating that out these days!!! It's great. So there. 😂😂😂

Ahh I always say that I think multichromes look best on brown eyes - because the brown is like a neutral, so when the shade shifts to a different color or undertone, it won’t clash with the eye color. I have like warmish-tealish eyes, so certain colors like cool blues and purples look a little off. But warmer blues, or lilac (as opposed to lavender) look very complementary. But several of the indie-shifty-shadow creators that I follow (you know, the kind of IG acct where they only post a close up photo of their right eye always from the same perfect 30degree angle?) have brown eyes and I’ve started noticing how they are able to rock almost any color. Obviously anyone can rock any color that they want, but I’ve just started noticing that when my initial reaction is that an eye look is “overpowering,” it is almost always on a blue or green eye.
Anyway all that is to say, I think I would be more adventurous with color and multichromes if I had brown eyes. Funny to hear you say you think shifting colors don’t look good on you… I am pretty sure you just don’t like color 😬 I have doubts about the relevance of multichromes 😅
BUT I do think you would change your mind if you got to play with some of Riley’s (seeking shifts on IG) “spicy neutrals” - multichromes that have muted neutral bases with topper-like subtly shifting sparkles. Rather than those classic black-based multichromes (I immediately think of that hot pink-to-green type of shade, yikes) which I wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole either 😂
I love the formula for Tower 28 concealer. I just wish they had shades for light olive skin. Same with Givenchy and Thrive. Best I can find in a similar formula is Armani Luminous silk. Unfortunately Kosas settles into my lines too much and somehow makes its way onto my contact lenses even if I powder.
Omggggggg. First off, Lewis Carroll, yes. And if you collab with Sigma for a bedroom eyes/Bambi eyes brown palette, I will lose my ever-loving mind. But why not? Because we're all mad here.
I have tried the Kosas and Tower 28 and in my experience both have the same “ice cream” issue with the lighter shades. I know Kosas put out more “cool toned” shades but they still aren’t cool. 0.7 is very orangey and dark on my hand. I was sad. And 0.5 is way too light and literally yellow.
I bought the Tower 28 in 2BU and it’s okay, but not great. A little too olive for claiming to be on the cool side it seems. I’ve always struggled finding good matches.
The Haus Labs in 0.3 (I think?) fair rosy is pretty damn good for a match but my skin reacted badly to the formula and I got some sort of dermatitis on my eyelids. Again, sad.. I feel like there’s almost too much skincare in that formula???

I wish I could say I love the Tower 28 concealer but I find my under eyes look crazy dry every time I wear it. I’ve tried putting extra moisturiser under my eyes and using just a little bit but nothing works. It just looks terrible. Too bad because the colour is a great match for me. I mostly use it for spot correcting.
I just wanted 2 say that I bought Ravie Beauty from Allie on in the first 3 minutes of its release ;) I got all 3 shades and they are beautiful colors and feel sooo good on your lips. It does wear off "flawlessly" as it says in the description if I remember. I also combine the nude with Dahlia if I recall, though I'm tending to wear them both alone on no makeup makeup days and on top of a lip liner on days other says.

I started eons ago with buying Sigma brushes, but I really like their shadow palettes. The formula is easy to work with and I love the color stories they work together. The eye look you put together is right up my alley. Question? I have the RMS Bohemian girl blush but mine is not pink at all, it's start up coral. I'm wondering if my product was mislabeled because yours is so pink. I might have to run into the Blue Mercury near me and check out the color in store against mine. I also have Crystal slipper which I think is a Kackie color. I'm very tempted by the bronzers, which I need like a hole in my head. LOL
I looooove the Tower28 concealer's formula, but the shades also don't work for me. I have light warm olive skin and they all look pink on me. None of the light shades work, they are all either cool or pink and it's super annoying, def agree with those ppl and I am so happy that I'm not the only one who thinks that!!

I bought Beachwalk Betty and I LOVE IT!!! The blushes are beautiful and I even like the highlighter (I prefer a more subtle highlight). Makes me want to try other products from the line.
I love the tower 28 concealer. I’m extremely fair as well, and I don’t see the “ice cream “ issue. Different people will have different opinions. The tower 28 does not crease on me while the kosas does (without powder). 🤷🏻♀️

I'm not particularly into neutrals (especially if it's on the orange side) but that sigma pallet speaks to me. It's the yellows with the cool tones..
Now, I have oily skin, but beware that oil massaging method sometimes can cause way worse breakouts. Because for a short time it feeds the oil feeding bacteria. I have also heard people getting fungal infections from the environment creates the skin.

The Tower 28 concealer is the best for me - not just shade but it does not crease on me. That is saying something since my under eyes are 55 years old. Maybe bc i wear the DLTA shade? I think it's number 4. Is that not light enough to see the ice cream colors?
Do you have RMS Buriti bronzer? I would be interested in seeing a comparison with that.

Cool tones and oink blush look really nice on you! I know that your undertones are warm but you’re neutral enough that you can easily wear cool and warm.
