    Creating certainty about their decision to buy is the key. Certainty comes from the reason's they need it and want it. If you can reinforce or support their reasons with logic it will justify their decision and eliminate buyers remorse.

    When someone makes an emotional purchase they are more likely to have buyers remorse, most logical purchases are needed or really wanted so you won't have it usually

    I'm in sales and I'm also low action. Drives my wife crazy. Sometimes I end up with buyers remorse bc I buy based on emotion and justify with logic after the fact.

    Getting referrals was a great point! Yet another benefit I never realized. Another way, is AFTER the close is made, keep asking questions for delivery of service, referrals, upsells. If you bail as soon as you get the money, yep, buyer's remorse might pop up.

    The thing with buyers remorse is that a family member or friend who the customer has known for decades can easily change your customers decision, no matter how great you are at sales. "i can do it, let's shop around, the other guy is cheaper" etc.... Buyers remorse is linked to anxiety and paranoia. I always ask "are you the decision maker?"
