You are the best reviewer of headlight bulbs on RUclips! Thank you very much for your service! I bought some white visions for my car and it's a fantastic bulb! Very pleased with the buy!
Thank you so much. people like you make me wanna keep doing this.
i wish you to use them as much as possible and to have a perfect view of the road in all weather conditions!
Acabo de ver tu vídeo hoy. Me has ayudado mucho. Muchas gracias por hacerlo y por compartirlo con los demás. Un saludo
¡Gracias también por las palabras de los niños, el aprecio y el apoyo! La gente como tú me hace querer seguir haciendo esto. ¡Dios bendiga!
Thank you for sharing, I was up until now having a hard job deciding which one to go with, I've picked the Phillips Whitevision Ultra. 😃
Perfect!
Thank you for your diligent work on comparing the best halogen bulbs to use on our cars. I bought my new car for 8 months, a megane 4 sedan TCE 1.3 EDC - 140 hp, unfortunately the available version did not have "pure led" lights, yesterday I bought and installed the White Vision 3700k in the lenticular headlights and in the parabolas I instead installed the 130% laser Night Breaker (which I already had at home for my old car).
I haven't been able to do any tests at night yet, I hope not to be disappointed, but last night towards dusk, I had a good impression that I imagine it will improve even more with the dark and the winter weather.
I was tempted to use Osram's H7 ledriving, but here in Italy (as in all of Europe) they are still not approved and I don't want to run the risk of fines, booklet withdrawal and loss of insurance.
Thanks again for your constant assistance.
With pleasure, anytime! Your car is outstanding. I had the change of driving it 2 years ago and the feeling of power and comfort were amazing. I really hope you'll be pleased with WhiteVision. They are a best buy in the halogen line.
@@m3rovingian Thank you for the kind evaluation of my car. I hope my lenticular lights do not reduce the efficiency of the lamp yield, compared to the experience you have with parabolic lights.
Take care.
@@alessandromartorana4459 You won't have any problems I assure you. Renault makes very high quality headlights. Even my Clio 3 is really good at this aspect. I am able to use LEDs without blinding anyone due to the possibility of leveling the light pattern from the car in real time.
Just bought WhiteVision 3700K7 H7 for my Octavia 3 MY2016, about 20% more brightness, warm white color. Great product. My choice was based in this video, so THANKS to video owner.
I am honored to know that. May you use them long and well! All the best!
São todas excelentes lãmpadas halógenas. Optei pela Xtreme vision
Mui bien!
Thank u so much for such useful info
My pleasure, anytime!
Just installed Phillips H7 white vision 3700 in low beam, H7 Racing vision in high beam and H11 PIAA Hyper Arros Ion yellow in fogs. Perrfect!
Ok. May you use them as long as possible and have the best visibility on the roads.
Thanks for your videos and advices. Very informative.
I decided to go for WhiteVision (no Ultra) and have just ordered online. Now the color temp. on the new box is 4100K, with a note that this is the same bulbs as in the old box 4300K. Hope the 4100K is really the same as your recomended 3700K. The WV Ultra 4200K is listed separately with a different product code.
Thank you as well. Did you purchased an H11 fitting WhiteVision?
Las white vision aqui en donde vivo no Las consigo. Solo las wv ultra que es otra cosa. Pero probare las xtreme vision estoy entre Las 130 o pro pero aparentemente es lo mismo
@@luiscaceres570
Si, son iguales. Obtenga el Pro150.
The X-treme Vision plus 130% and the Racing Vision by far have the better output of light on the road. When you go above 4200K in the halogen bulb the light output is reduced. The lights coming from the car may look nicer due to cooler temperature, but the actual output on the road is not so great. Believe me, I spent a huge amount of money trying different alternatives including LED as well. If you have a reflector housing on your headlamp stick to the halogen bulbs. For a projector housing you can try LED's or HID's conversion kits. Apparently there is an HID conversion kit for the reflector housing that has a coating to reduce the amount of light coming from the reflector lamp so you will not dazzle other drivers, but I have not tried it yet, as I need to do few adaptations to my headlamp in a AUDI A6 C7.
After testing them all I liked Whitevision 3700k the most for the best visibility offered in close range especially.
When i tried the HIKARI Ultra LEDs I was amazed byt the amount of light. no halogen can touch that, ever. Too bad they are illegal. i didn't blind anyone, not even by using them in a reflector, because i adjusted them right.
@@m3rovingian Hi. I found a company cold LEDPerf in France. They are not cheap, but seem to know what they are doing. The pair of LED H7 I bought from them are very bright, however the light output on the road still not as defined as a good pair of HID's.
@@m3rovingian So It Means 3700k.WV Are Not Good For Long Vision Visibility?
@@ionutvrabie5730 The HIKARI ultra 12000lm LEDs will offer you that, trust me.
@@shubhamgupta644 They are very good for allt he fittings and beams, don't worry. They offer a very good sensation of visibility in all weather conditions.
My choice goes to white vision without a doubt. I put them on my 2012 megane which is equipped with DRL. Have no doubt, Drl increases lifespan of your bulbs at least 3x, especially if you live in country which requires driver to have lights on at all times
Bulbs were fitted in the spring of 2018. I work night shifts so I use lights a lot.
Lights are great in rain and in foggy conditions.
I use them on my dipped beam headlights, and I paired them with philips racing vision on my main beams.
I am glad to know that my recommendation suits well my viewers. may you use them as much as possible and have the best visibility at night on the roads! All the best!
Very good...
Thank you...
The best bulb comparison channel. Subcribed. Couldn’t buy the white vision in Malaysia as it is apparently discontinued. Would you say racing vision is the next best thing Tuan?
Thank you so much.
Yes, RacingVision GT200 would be my next choice. They will be a bit warmer and with a shorter lifespan, but they will offer a very good visibility in all weather conditions.
I’m feeling the extreme 130’s!
WhiteVision all the way
First of all, thanks for taking the time to record and test all these different bulbs, these reviews are really helpful, much appreciated!
I have a reflector housing, and have bought the Osram Night Breaker LASER H7 a couple of years ago after watching one of your videos, they have served me well, and were definitely a very noticeable upgrade over the OEM ones.
I was thinking of replacing them soon, and was thinking of going with Philips this time, I know you usually recommend WhiteVision, but they're unavailable in my country, so between the RacingVision, and X-tremeVision, which one do you think is better in terms of brightness and color temp?
I think the RV is supposed to be slightly brighter and colder than XV, but has half the lifespan, also are they better than Osram NBL?
Thank you for the appreciation.
The fact Osram NBL lasted you a couple of years it's a miracle or something very hard to believe :)
Anyway Philips is superior to Osram in all aspects. RacingVision will last about as long as NBL, meaning 6 months. The light is very powerful but still warmer than WhiteVision which you say you can't find.
the XV+130% is too warm for my taste, but at least they last 1 year.
@@m3rovingian I was extremely surprised the NBL lasted this long as well, I bought and installed them in June 2018 to be exact, expecting that I have to replace them at the end of the year. I drove 25k km since I installed them.
They're still working at the moment, however, this past week I noticed that they're not illuminating the road far ahead as they used to, the beam range has reduced significantly. My car has a separate LED DRL lights, which I think is one of the reasons the NBL lasted this long.
Anyway thanks for your quick reply, I really enjoy driving at night, but can't stand the warmer bulbs, so I'll go with the RV then.
@@intact7592 The DRL explains a lot :)
I hope you'll like RV and may they last you as long as possible.
All the best!
I'm so sad the 3700K Whitevision is no longer widely available. The only Amazon listing for it has an extra $30 shipping fee to Canada. A cool H7 bulb lasting that long is unheard of.
They were too good and the sales of the other Philips halogens were decreasing significantly after I start to recommend WhiteVision...
Hi! Thanks for the video! Out of the two XtremeVision and WhiteVision H4 which one would you recommend for rainy weather at night? Thanks
WhiteVision are still my favorite.
Hi! Thanks for your time for all these tests. I got a question though : Ιt seems that the X-Treme Vision and the Racing Vision are brighter and more...."solid" than the Whit Vision but you recommend the latter. Why is that?
Because they offer also a very good visibility and last about 2 years
🚙🏎WOW
Merci!
Thanks to your review I've just decided to order Philips WhiteVision 3700K. Unfortunately no waranty but I hope they will be working at least for a year 😅
My pleasure, anytime! Were you able to still find them for sale?
@@m3rovingian Yes, they are still available on local polish e-shopping platform "Allegro" but as I mentioned before, seller included "no warranty" notation. Most of other auctions offer the new model WhiteVision Ultra though.
PS. I bought H4 not H7 type.
@@piotrsz3990czy wersja ultra nie jest lepsza? Tez sie zastanawiam na zakup
I have HID low beam on my E class. I just need suggestion on a bright h7 high beam. I will stick with halogen for high beam. I know it won’t be as white as my low beam, but I don’t need it to be.
Get Philips RacingVision GT200 then. They will be very good for the hb.
Very good review
thank you so much!
Just wanted to say thank you for making these videos. I own a 2009 Clio3, so watching this was like sitting in my own car, comparing the different views. Even the motor growl is the same!!! 😏😏😏
I decided on the White Vision. There seems to be a better, more "realistic" contrast. The XtremeVision puts out more light, but it lights up everything equally, and there seems to be more glare-back. I imagine on a wet road that could be quite blinding. The RacingVision I disqualified immediately. 200 hours??? No thanks.😏😏😏
Anyway, once again, thank you. 👍👍👍
I am glad and honored to know that! I wish you to drive the care well and for as long as possible with the WhiteVisions. out of all the halogens I'd pick them every time. On the LED side the HIKARI are incredible, but illegal :)
All the best!
@@robertkelly1434 Thank you once more. I am not that good of a mechanic, but I had the courage to start to change the air filters myself and also to do the AC system cleaning. it saved me a lot of money and I get to choose the parts myself.
All the best!
Nice video.
I would like to ask hows the visibility using white vision on heavy rain and heavy fog? thanks
They are the best halogens in all weather conditions.
All the best!
Hi, your comparisons are amazing. May I ask you why u prefer white vision over xtreme vision? The xtreme vision seems more bright isn't it..?
Thank you.
It seems like that only in the recordings. in reality the light is a strong warm one that doesn't give you the same visibility sensation as WhiteVision does.
Also XV last 1 year, WV last 2 years with approximation.
Great comparison video, I’m going to order the WhiteVision 3700k. Thanks!
Hope you'll like them! I wish you to receive them asap and use them a long time! All the best!
racing vision best~!!!!
very true
How can the racing vision beat the white vision? :)
I have sort of a weird situation. My vehicle has HID low beams, but for whatever reason they used separate reflector style halogen high beams. I've been comparing the lights you have here, but only need them for high beam.
Get Philips WhiteVision 3700k. Just don't expect HID light color and intensity.
If I were you I'd install the HIKARI ultra LEDs. you'll be amazed by the light. Just like your xenon.
@@m3rovingian to be honest, the factory xenon aren't that great lol. I believe they're running around 4300k. The factory halogen just annoys me, since its SO yellow. There's an obvious difference from inside the vehicle. How do you feel about the led conversions for a reflector type housing? For reference, the vehicle is a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon Limited.
@@mackbrown958 If you have a burned out bulb warning light on the dashboard it'll be harder to put the HIKARI leds because you'll need the extra decoders and with all that wiring there I don't know if its ok. But personally I used HIKARI in my reflectors and the light was amazing, especially with the ultra version. As long as you adjust them correctly you will not disturb anyone, not even with those LEDs in the reflectors.
Hey i have a w20r c class. I put the white visions as my low beams in the projector and osram lasers as my high beam. What do you think aboug that set up?
Al long as you like it that's all that matters. For high beams RacingVision are the best. Too bad both Lasers and RV last about 6 months
In Australia I can't seem to find the whitevision 3700K H7 bulb stocked locally for a good price. I know you said for H7 bulbs the Racingvision gt200 is better but do you think the xtremevision 150 / 130's increased lifespan on paper is more worth it?
I'd still go for RacingVision GT200 over the XV line. They are brighter and a bit colder. In normal conditions RV should last 1 year at least, if yo drive on good roads and not along with the dingos.
Just order from your link (de), the extreme vision, thanks. What will be the downside? short lifespam or something? Thanks.
Hello! Thank you so much. Just maybe if you want pure white light you'll be dissapointed due to their very warm light at daytime. At night it'll be way brighter than any standard halogen. As long as you don't touch the glass of the bulb when you install them, all will be good and they should last more than 1 year.
Hey, Ill looking for the bulbs just for looking white. Which would you recommend to get? :)
the HIKARI LEDs or philips WHiteVision halogens. Just so you know Philips WHiteVision will not be pure white, but will give you a great visibility.
Hey quick question do you need a hid light kit or anything like that or can these bulbs be swapped out with regular OEM ones without the need of a kit? Thanks for the response in advance
They can be swapped without any extra wiring. They are just like the OEM halogens, just better in light.
Awesome content.
Looking for H7s for use in high beams. My Tata Harrier uses seperate H7 high beams. I don't mind white / yellow color, I know sometimes yellow outperforms white.
What would you recommend? Bulb life is not an issue, I just need them to be bright as SH*T !!
Love the vids.
Thank you.
As halogen get Philips WhiteVision 3700k if you can still find them. If not Philips RacingVision GT200 is my 2nd choice of halogen.
If you can use LEDs the the ACUMA 2022 Nova-S +600% 6500k are simply amazing, the best lights I had on my car so far.
Hi do you have a video comparison on a heavy night rain and snowy night weather?
The result will be the same as a comparison. You have WhiteVision on bad weather, on my channel.
Hi, congats and thanks for your copmrehensive videos and explanations. I have Range rover evoque 2016q after facelist but I was thinking that the car came with basic xenon upgrade and was surpised to see halogens HB3 with reflector LED for daily light. My mistake. I my case what do you think is the best option to improve low beam? I'm interested in the illumination in front of me being clear, not so much the beam distance or lifespan. Philips Racing vision GT200 and Osram night breaker +200 are not compatible for my fitings HB3 unfortunately. WV 3700 is not available yet. Thanks
Hello! Get Philips X-tremeVision Pro150 HB3. It's the best option for you right now. Thank you so much for your appreciation and kind words.
what do you advise if I'm using reflector headlight? the white version 3700k is the recommended, however it is unavailable local store, any other is recommended?
See if you can find XtremeVision G-Force
I have a same car. I'm using Racing Vision for low beams and LED for high beams but I don't like LED's performance for long range. Which combination do you recommend for long and high beams ?
You really don't like leds on the high beams? How much lumens do they have? I don't think there is a halogen that can match their power, unless you have some really bad ones. personally I like Philips WhiteVision 3700k, but on the high beams RacingVision are very very good also. The downside is they will last only 6 months while WhiteVision will go up to 2 years. I would choose WhiteVision
my car has a H11 fitting. I already have a LED daytime running light, but want to upgrade my head and high beam lights too. Which do you recommend mostly, when considering i am looking for sth that fits my LED daytime light. Sorry for my bad englisch
If you want LED let me have a few more weeks so I can test the newest most powerful LEDs of 40.000 lumen from Luxster Punisher series. I'll see then if they are better than HIKARI 2023 Titanova or ACUMA Nova-S +600% LEDs. If not most probably the ACUMA Nova -S will be the best and cheapest choice for H11.

You will get that only from the 5000k halogens like Philips DiamondVision or Osram Cool Blue Hyper+ or BOOST. After you will use them for the first time you'll wonder if you have your lights turned on because they will be dim AF.
@m3rovingian do you prefer the H7 Philips DiamondVision to the WhiteVision 3700k? If not why? Thank you

The camera doesn't record exactly what we see in reality. It's very hard to find some video settings or device that will do that, if not impossible.

@@m3rovingian you can test LED retrofit - Philips X-treme Ultinon :-)
@@slayerLoLmusic nope. They are illegal here and also very expensive
@@m3rovingian illegal but they have very good brightness +200%, 2 gen +250% and good cut-off line. They have about 6000K. Are they expenive? Think about about 10 years lifespan - in this point of view they are cheaper than halogens...
@@slayerLoLmusic For a LED kit they actually are not that good. Also that cut-off line is there only if you have projectors. in reflectors, like my headlamps, the light is thrown everywhere. Also when the Police gives you a fine and ticket for having them illegal they automatically start to be way more expensive with all the costs involved than the halogens. Also they will decrease over time in intensity, as all bulbs do, even the LED. So don't expect to use them 10 years. But on the paper it looks good. In reality it's a different story. I always recommend to stay legit.
Is it still relevant to use white vision for headlight that have been tinted/coated
Why would you do that?

Hi. Thnx for your video!
Did you use the RacingVision +130% or the GT200% in your video?
My wife needs in her Seat Ibiza 2004 3 doors Hatchback new H4 light bulbs. We already used X-tremeVision +130% 3700K but i can't remenber if was a "good enough".
Most of the roads have no streetlights. Lights with like +50-60% will not do. Looks more if the light is more "up close" to the car. (Headlights are in the right position done by the Dealer).
I see you are a "fan" of the WhiteVision. But would that be the right light bulbs for my wife? Would the RacingVision GT200 not be better?
The only minor of the GT200 is the 3600k...
It feels like: 4200k and not so far +% distance vs 3600/3700k with more +% distance.
I don't need a bulb that makes the light more wider, need a light that's further AND whiter. So more +% and more Kelvin ;-)
What would you recommand?
If the bulbs were not that expensive than i would allready tested all the bulbs out ;-)
Note: i don't care about the lifetime of the bulbs. 200h or 450h. I don't care. It's about the safety of my wife.

WhiteVision Ultra 4200K +60%
X-tremeVision 3700k +130%

Even if the Ultra has the same +% but 500K more?
Even if the X-treme hase the same Kelvin but +70% more?
