About the Program:
This program will discuss legal and ethical implications of practicing law in multiple jurisdictions, including avoiding the unauthorized practice of law, and the State Bar’s Multijurisdictional Practice Program, which allows non-California attorneys to practice in California if they meet certain requirements.
About the Speaker:
