This fault means incorect data recived... NOT lost communication . I just Had this fault in TCM module on 2016 Ford Ranger diesel due to random misfiring coused by 2 faulty injectors . So this Fault can just show up in TCM as result of data that it gets from engine ecu not nessesary bad wiring or faulty module. On some cars if there is problem with engine not running corectly it will set this fault in TCM, and ABS

Hi sir I have a ford ranger 3.2 T6 automatic its going into limp mode and it is stuck in 2 gear even the traction light comes on but when I poot it on a diagnostic it kicks out a U0401 could it be the fault because the bakkie was driving fine
Ran into your video after getting this code on my jeep Cherokee. I found a 20a fuse in the powertrain control mod pcm that’s supposed to have a 15a fuse. Could that cause the code to appear?
thanks for the video ,just started with my abs light coming on ,getting this code for abs system recieving incorrect data from ecu/pcm ,infuriating that it couldnt just be a faulty speed sensor had to be more complex damn it!
@@SPIRITLEDAUTOCARE hello mate in my case all it was was a broken wire/ connection on the map sensor ,one little broken wire re soldiered and abs light went straight out ,abs unit getting wrong signal from map sensor ,good luck going forward

Hello. I have the same issue on my chevy captiva. It gives the U0402 error code and the gear shift doesn't work when manual mode. It works fine in automatic mode. Thanks

No, basically 20 amp fuse make it harder to burn then 15A.
That 20Am could cause world going upside down
