    Thank you!
    There is a reason why professionals do videos better than the usual RUclipsrs. You just dive right in. I just came from watching 1 minute of a RUclipsr with the camera in the briefcase, just talking nothing special, until I couldn't take it and stopped playing and clicked on this video instead.

    Hi, i m new to the cinematography industry. Can you please tell me of all the accessories you had put on the camera. Like, the monitor on top of the camera. And the pricing. Thank you.

      Thanks for the comment! This probably requires more space than a RUclips comment, for the most detailed answer please contact our tech specialists at techsupport[@]abelcine[.]com and they can help you out directly.

    Hello Everyone, I d like to ask one question about the Sony VENICE Camera.
    If I shoot RAW 16 bit (RAW o OXCN ST) on the AXSM and ProRess HD on the SxS, can I transcodes(to save time) the file from Prores HD to DNxHD for avid being sure that those files will relink with the original 4k RAW footage? Thanks

      Hi Edoardo, thanks for your comment! Here's a response from Ian, one of our tech specialists: You can take the ProRes files and transcode them to DNxHD files. The metadata will stay intact so linking back to the RAW files should be no problem.

    I really love at the bench videos, they really help a lot. But, It would help more if he could speak slowly, with more calm, sometimes I have the impression he speaks so fast that he is in a rush. This should be a video to explain things in an easy and tranquil way. Anyhow, I already thank the channel for all the videos you post!

    What are the editing software compatible with the venice cameras?

    • @AbelCine_official
      @AbelCine_official  5 лет назад +2

      Thanks for your question! Here is a reply from Ian, one of our tech specialists: Which editing software supports Venice depends on what format you have recorded. This is a little tricky as firmware updates to editing programs could change what I say here in an instant. All professional editing systems will support ProRes and XAVC. These are the format recorded to the SXS cards. The RAW files can be handled by such programs as Resolve. Typically raw files are not used for assembly. The recording on the SXS and the AXS media share identical metadata. It is much easier on editing programs to edit the ProRes or XAVC material and then match back to the RAW file for color grading.
