U-Cell Eliminates Process Waste

Hi folks, in this before-and-after video, we tackle waste in our basketball hoop sewing process. The original layout caused unnecessary transportation and increased inventory on the floor. By implementing a U-shaped cell, we streamlined the workflow, reduced work-in-progress inventory, and eliminated non-value-added movement.
