Fendi is just a good vibe. Always so generous with knowledge and overall just a good guy. Half my garden is from him. Such a treat! 2 of my favourite plant people together!
Whoaaa it warms my heart to hear these stories ❤️
Good for him for chasing his dream

The pot recycling is a great idea . Hope it spreads .

Wonderful video Sean, thankyou for introducing us to Fendi and his shop its beautiful and his true love of plants is inspiring. Love from Southern Ontario Canada

Great to see what are houseplants here in Europe doing so much better in their climate of origan .
I love the idea to grow trees at home! And bravo for keeping those pots in your shop, what a good and practical idea. Thank you both for bring us this wonderful trip.

“The secret sauce is love and lots of positive talking to the plant.”
❤️🪴
🥰🥰
I saw your photo with kunzo, i waiting your video from Japan.
Thank you 😀 that episode should be around July or August
YAS lil botany! My weekend fun escape ❤
😀😀
Thank you Sean, you are soooo lucky to be able to travel! 🌷💚🙃
Thank you Judy 🥰
I used to play with that cute croton as though they were spoons. 😂
Oh, and I believe the only way to propagate bamboo is from stolons. You have to really dig up the plant and divide the root clump with an ax or a.small saw. Eep! Haha
Thank youu
6:44 Trevesia Palmata . . . must . . . have . . . now. Wowzers. Thank you for sharing this with the plant community.
😀😀 the trevesia is very fast growing and considered invasive even. Its really lovely though.
Wow wow wow❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️
Super nice plants ... ❤
Thank you ❤️
What a treat! Two of my favorite plant people in one video. One familiar face at the very end too. Looking forward to see Leslie, Jon and Eunice in the next episode. Can’t wait!!!
Haha yes thank youu. Im excited for the new episode too
Fendi has an awesome shop!! I hadn’t seen the Croton Mother Daughter in 20 yrs, such a cool plant. I’ve planted Bamboo 3 times now I don’t feel so bad. 💚😀
😀😀
Watching this was the highlight of my weekend -I really enjoyed how you weaved in background to shop, explaining little botany's ethos and showing us the space and plants, all done so smoothly. Very skilful Sean 🚀 And so happy to see you on here Fendi!!
Very kind words, thank you 🙏🏽
I thoroughly enjoyed this tour! What a warm inviting space.Fendi seems so kind and it's nice that he shares the knowledge he can with customers. We don't really have any places like this in Northern California where anyone would help customers in this way. I loved all the repurposed items and the pot recycling is fantastic! Thank you both for your time & the tour. Saw several things I've been jonesing to buy such as the blue oil fern and a few others. 🫶💚🪴🍃🌿🌱🌵☘️
Thank you ❤️❤️ for the dose of positivity
A great tour of such beautiful plant shop!👍
💚🌵🌱☘️💚
Thank you 🙏🏽

Nice tour. Thanks for sharing Sean!
Thank you for coming along 😀
Another great video Shaun! Thank you.
🙏🏽😀
Ooooooh really enjoyed this one! I agreed with all the points Fendi made, especially about helping the animals, I loved when he said he only uses cedar oil so that it's healthy for our animal friends. Love his shop, would love to visit! Also he's on the sansevieria (as opposed to dracena) team - wooooo! :D I would love to see another episode of his cute little plant collection - the little bonsai looking ones. ^^
Haha yes I’d love to come to his new location when its finished. It must be quite interesting
Here in my Country Philippines 🇵🇭 we call Moringa as Malunggay. We have a chicken soup here called "Tinola" we put moringa on it and we have a bread called "Malunggay pandesal" made of moringa also
I saw a small variegated version at a nursery once but I didn't buy it, I regret that a lot. Haven't been able to find it again but it's such a cool plant
Oh wow it sounds very healthy!
You're very knowledge about plants. I'm always excited to watch your vlogs. Thanks Sean.
Thank you ❤️❤️

Another fabulous video full of eye candy. Fendi is a doll. My favorite quote: “my secret sauce is love…” ❤️. My favorite plant: Trevesia palmata OMG! I’ve never seen leaves like that! Thanks again for this great video.
Thank you 🥰🥰
Love the garden tour!👍
Thank you 🥰🥰
Lovely plant tour Sean, beautiful place, I love going Singapore for holidays a very easy city to visit.
Thank you. It is a very inspirational city
Cekur manis (aka sayur manis or sweetleaf) is a very delicious vegetable. It's common in both malay and chinese cuisine, kind of tastes a bit like spinach but with a slight sweetness. Very good in a omelette/fried egg
First time Ive heard of it! Will be on the lookout for it
@@onlyplants I think indonesian people call it daun katuk, sayur manis is the name in malaysia/singapore
Wow those were some very unique plants!
Thank you 🥰
Thanks for sharing 🪴❤️🪴
🙏🏽🙏🏽
what a beautiful space and substantial owner manager! Thoroughly enjoy the chemistry and tour - feel the chill and love the tips. Fendi's shop-sery is on my list to visit when I visit Singapore next time.
Thank you 😀😀
Great video, Shaun! Keep them coming mate :D
Thank youu
He has some very beautiful plants! 🌷💚🙃
❤️❤️
Wah! 😢 This makes me think of all the wonderful plants I had to sell/give away when I left Singapore! I have had to start over in Melbourne and plants are so expensive here in comparison. Thank you for a great tour Sean! 😊
Oh yes it is near impossible to bring any plants into Australia. Hope your collection grow beautifully and sustainably there!
I'm a long-term customer and planty friend of Littlebotany! Funny story, I got to know Fendi because of your insecticidal soap. Now here we are!
Omg wow! This story warms my heart
Great episode
Thank you 🙏🏽
Fantastic Tour Sean ❤😂,
the owner is such a wonderful soul and i do the same with my pots.

Very interesting
😀🙏🏽
What a gorgeous opening shot, where you do the intro :) Establishing shot and you are framed within it, cool!
Thank you ❤️ Im glad someone noticed!
@@onlyplants takes a fellow photographer sometimes :) I don't have IG, otherwise I would have shared it with you
I have several moringa trees at home. They grow quickly so you can chop them to make bushy. The leaves can be air dried to make powder to add to your soups and stews. (One time i harvested so much that i left them at a corner in my dirty kitchen and forgot it. I saw a dark non sti ky juice instead. I doused my trees and plants with it. They grew vibrant leaves.) I use the more mature ones or dried stalks even.
Haha thats cool. They look really good as well. I should consider getting one too
@@onlyplants yes. You can grow them easy. Chop a 2-3inch trunk and chunk it in a pot (so you can prune them to bush) or on the ground (they grow really tall and fruits are long ribbed ones they are fun food to eat. They grow well under the sun and with adequate watering. The leaves that fall can be fermented as liquid fertz. No waste.
Vitamin CB :'D
Hi Sean and Fendi 👋🏼😃
Hiii 👋🏼
I remember that Dieffenbachia ! I could be wrong, but I think it’s named Dieffenbachia Memoriacorsii ; I could be wrong tho, one of my friend ID’ed it for me lol
Also yeah, always been very jealous of SG with their selection of indoor trees, got to know the everfresh tree from them, and has been eyeing at them non-stop. The dream tree (Well, my Trevesia Palmata is also a dream come true) 😂
Thank youu
Great videos! Will there be any more episodes on other Singapore's nursery/shops
Yes there will be about 7-8 more episodes. Before we move to taiwan, and then Japan. They have already been filmed 🥰
At 12:23 you list asplenium nidus but I get a different plant when I search for that via google. Is that name correct? Wonderful vids! Love the airport and various other tours :)
Ahhh yes it was a wrong copy and paste. It should have been oxalis hedysaroides 🙏🏽😀
Great show! So nice to share knowledge in the community. Would it be possible to list the shopping/sourcing info for the cedar oil and the worm meal bloom superworms (not sure if I got this correctly)??
Wooh i dont have that information but if you DM @littlebotany Im sure Fendy will get to you with the answers 😀
@@onlyplants Many thanks! I will.
💚💚💚
❤️❤️❤️
👍👍👍
🙏🏽🙏🏽😀
Hello. Just curious to know if you created another channel called "OnlySean?" I noticed that channel came up on my RUclips feed and I remembered that you had already uploaded that same house tour video. Just wondering. Enjoy your videos very much!
Yes thats me! 😀
Its a personal channel with non-plant related content
I enjoyed seeing the beautiful, and unique plants. Lovely plant shop!
The soundtrack was distracting and awful as I couldn’t hear the conversation. I suggest not playing any music when there is conversation. Also please invest in a better microphone and this will improve the video. Thank you for all your hard work in creating these videos ❤
Thank you ❤️ let me look into the background music. It played fine on my
Laptop and mobile phone, but it may have sounded very different with earphones or home theatre speakers. Thank you, please keep the comments coming I do read them all and it helps me out a lot! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Yes, we played your video on our tv home theatre with surround sound
Wonderful video! I live in Europe and have been thinking about importing some plants from Asia. Does anyone have any ballpark figures for shipping (Sweden) and any fees? I've gotten several offers lately, but they all sound too good to be true.
I hope someone in the comments section can help with this 😀 all I know is shipping rates went up significantly in the past year.
in india moringa is used in making chapatia made of moringa
Great video, Sean. Could you please let me know the ID of the climbing plant (mostly Rhaphidophora) that we can see on the left hand side of the thumbnail picture?
Raphidophora megaphylla 😀
Thank you. The reason why I asked is I have some plants which look very very similar but so far nobody is able to confirm it.
It’s really hard to hear with that loud background music.
Wooh interesting Ill keep that in mind
ive found my people
😀😀
Are there going to be any more propagation videos?
Yes. A lot of them are prooagating away waiting for those months of updates 😀
Im.from indonesia N my hoby is a gardening 😊
Hiii ❤️
In Sri lanka we cook murunga curry❤🥰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰
I want to try 🙊
How do you use Cedar oil as pest control? :D
I have a feeling he meant cedarwood essential oil 😀
I need Fendi's cedar oil recipe please! 🔴
Oooh I have a feeling he will share if you DM him on instagram @littlebotany
