Been scrolling for a useful review that isn't from a shill for a seller from India. Your singer/vocalist-tuned ears and review is useful to my genre use-case: classics, 70s-90s rock/pop. $20 steal. Cheers!
Yes, I Definitely Agree With You In Every Aspect. The Bass Is Adequate & Better Quality Than S.G & The Details & Resolution Is Better Than S.G. I Loved Them Straight Out Of The Box.
On another video the guy showed the drivers side by side and they are a lot different looking, the SE driver looks thinner or not as deep. So i think you were absolutely correct in your assumption. Great work.
Awesome review! I actually spent a bit of time with this set but using the KZ Bluetooth ear hooks. They sound really good and do my library very well. Keep it up!
@JogiPiter It is a very nice pairing! The KZ 09 was exactly what I was using as well. Triple press the right earhook button to get high performance mode. It's real nice 😌 👌
@@jamesberryman9893 thank you for the feedback and tips! One more thing - I keep reading that the Waner SE is similar in sound to 7hz Zeros - however Zeros have a different connection type (B if I'm correct) and my ordered Bluetooth adapter comes in C pin design, specifically chosen for tangzu waner SG. Would you recommend buying waner SE for the purpose of connecting them to Bluetooth instead of using Zeros? (which I can't use with ordered adapter)
@JogiPiter My earhooks have the B pin design so I'm not 100% sure about the C pin adapters. My B pin will connect to both of those sets without any issues.
I have the jade version of the Wan'er SG. I'm happy to hear a they used a quality driver in the SE. Not to say they aren't already cheap and worth the regular asking price but I'm not quite tempted enough to buy it yet. Maybe on a sale... 🤔 Anyway, thank you for another great review! 👍
Surprising outcome! You made me rethink about adding this set. Thanks for the dongle link. I just purchased two lightning ones from EPZ and couldn't get either of them to work ( no knock on EPZ) I have another one on the way (different brand) but if it doesn't work then your recommendation will be my last shot with my iPhone 12. Thankfully, I do have an android as well. Great review as usual!
@@j.w.s.743 the EPZ lightning cables do not work. At least not on my 13. I swear to you, the Shanling is worth the $20. But if you’ve got an android option, then maybe not necessary… my M3 II was literally gathering dust until I got this cable. It really works ☮️
@@BassDad8 Great! Yeah, I plugged it into the lightning port and it worked for about 5 minutes and then it went haywire. Loud popping sounds through my iem's, volume spikes that nearly deafened me. It did this every time I tried it. Had it replaced by EPZ( they were great) and same thing with the second one. I ordered the Jcally JM6 Pro with lightning connector. I'm still waiting on it. And the smaller nozzle will be very welcome since I had problems with the little aggressive design of the S.G. anyway, another great content! thanks.

You're not going to get much rumble out of the SE. Nothing serious anyway. Maybe a little. And even though the Sgor Adonis has much more mid-bass, it still lacks substantial sub bass. @@Sathesh94 you know I honestly have never tried the zero or zero2. Both tuned by Crinacle from what I understand. It seems generally agreed upon that the Wan’er line is more detailed and resolving. @@BassDad8 Came back to leave an update. I grabbed these on sale for about 15usd if converted from my local currency so it was a steal for sure! I did a short listening session to compare these with the 7hz Zero so this is just my 1st impressions. They're both similarly tuned. The differences are in the mid bass and highs. SE has a slightly better mid bass for sure while the highs are mildly tamed compared to the Zero. If the Zero is "shouty" to some (personally I'm fine with it), the SE has a smoother and tamed highs instead. The mids are almost the same. But I think the SE edged it out.
