I had a 2020 dice 9 and I liked it. It really depends on personal preference - I've found the crossover kites like dice and FX have a more interesting playful feel where the reach and other bow shaped kites are more vanilla but have a slightly better wind range and better hangtime. I go back and forth on what I prefer. An 8m dice would probably be a blast to loop. One thing I've really noticed with the reach is that it catches you super fast after a kiteloop so if you're in a spot with light or gusty wind it's a life saver.
Nice video, this gets me excited to experience Lake Superior!
Where on the Canadian side is this shot?
Sault Ste Marie
@@TheMitchell898 Awesome, thanks, looks amazing there. Planning a Superior trip in the near future.
Nice kiting! Is this the Great Lakes??
Thanks! Lake Superior on the Canadian side
Have you tried, bandit or Dice SLS ?
I want to change my Bandit, i'm hesitating...

Nice! Looks great. Did you try the orbit too? I've read the reach is even easier to loop
Thanks mate. I haven’t, I wanted something that could do mostly freeride/kiteloops but also foil so the three strut made sense.
