    You let me ask, why must the cloth while blowing rice

      It is not necessary but helps to prevent the rice from sticking at the bottom of rice cooker. Sometimes the bottom rice burns and turns brown. The rice net helps cooking throughly without burning.

      Alessandra Ricotta Sweet red bean recipe like in desserts is mostly seasoned with sugar, but red bean by itself isn’t sweet.
