  • Many athletes, vegetarians and those who are weak, frail and loose their muscle mass due to a depleted diet are resorting to the use of protein powders. Most, if not all, of these powders currently on the market are filled with dumb protein, lacking prana, nature’s vital life energy, and as a result are clogging to the body’s physical channels.
My teacher and mentor, Vaidya Rama Kant Mishra developed a better option for everyone: a protein powder made of kala channa, or a smaller species of chickpea which is dark in color, high in protein, low in fat, easy to digest and not channel-clogging, especially after he dry roasted it and removed the outer skin.
It’s important to feed your muscles intelligent, easy to digest protein, otherwise you could be creating some imbalances in your physiology.
This video is important for all vegetarians, body builders, athletes and those who might not have time to cook. In all these cases your protein could run low, depleting not only the muscles in your body, but all other processes which rely on the use of high quality protein which is easily absorbed.

It’s a jungle out there, and easy to get confused as to what to eat and do. Dr Teitelbaum gives good insight here, and the knowledge is 1000’s of years old from Vaidya R.K. Mishra’s SVAyurveda lineage. Thank you Vaidya Mishra and Dr. Teitelbaum!

Kala chana or black chick pea. Can get it organic on Amazon. I suppose one can roast it before cooking. But, since its a staple of the Indian diet, I wonder if it's not just fine soaking and cooking in a pot or an Instant Pot. And the kala chana has, actually, been processed, to some degree, in making the final SVA product. I like to cook the actual product as it comes from the farm. Maybe Dr. T. can comment on this. We all want to avoid channel clogging, as much as possible. Thanks for another great video.
