  • Amlaberry is considered a divine fruit in Ayurveda. The video describes all of its health benefits as well as its effects on our spiritual and vibrational bodies.
    This means that it not only helps us to overcome diseases such as acid reflux, treating the common cold and flus, preventing autoimmune diseases and cancer, very good as a laxative and diuretic, but it can also wipe out the karmic residues, which my teacher Vaidya Mishra called the “dark bugs” that cast a shadow on the right radiating from our souls. Which means alma can take care of our karmic load, which is a very unusual property for a fruit!
    This berry is also good for all the acid reflux, GERD, lower esophageal sphincter tone, and loss of gut motility for several reasons. Many people nowadays even though they have an acidic stomach, or high pitta, as we call it in Ayurveda, have lost the capability to digest and assimilate foods. We call this situation high pitta/low agni in Ayurveda. This means that you have the fuel, the liquid pitta which is necessary to digest the food, but your burner, your agni, can’t ignite, just like on your cooktop. Amlaberry can provide the sour (known as amla) taste but its post digestive effect (known as the vipak) is sweet and alkaline. Which means it can help create more agni, more digestive fire without burning out your stomach, which is good to know since so many people are doing just that by drinking vinegar and taking hydrochloric acid after their meals, which is too harsh for our delicate digestive tract lining.
    In addition, the reason people have acid reflux, hiatal hernias and loss of lower esophageal sphincter tone in the first place is because the energy lying in the lower intestinal region, known as apana, is moving up, causing the acids to move up and over time loosening the sphincter and pushing the stomach above the diaphragm (which is known as a hiatal hernia). So instead of using proton pump inhibitors (PPI’s) and other acid reflux medicines to take away the acids which are moving up, it is best to help the patient pull the apana down so the food doesn’t reflux up in the first place.
    And this is exactly what amlaberry does - it has the capability of creating intestinal motility to move the food downwards through the digestive tract, igniting all the 13 digestive fires all the way, and amazingly creating alkalinity in the gut, all at the same time. Alkalinity in the gut is important because if the digestive juices become too acidic they will burn out the delicate friendly bacteria which are growing in the lining of the gut.
    It also gives glowing skin as it nourishes the blood plasma and the blood and gives lustrous radiant hair when taken both internally and externally in the oils which are applied to the hair before shampooing.
    The berry is very close to the aditattwa vibration which is nature’s pure vibration which brings existence into being. It has such divine power that it can actually clean the body’s vibrational channels known as the nadir, making the whole body intelligent enough to release the used up prana.
    Learn even more wonderful health benefits that the amlaberry can give and why people in India worship the tree in a special celebration every November to express their gratitude to this divine fruit.

      @@alexgordon951, we live in a very tricky time, when all sorts of medicines and foods are recommended, even strongly urged, to take… and with little long term research or knowing about all the effects the medicines and food stuff have.
      This is where the protocols and recommendations by Vaidya Mishra and the SVA lineage are so valuable.
      SVA, or Shanka Vansya Ayurved, is based on 5000 years of integrity and complete knowledge.
      When SVA speaks of the divine benefits of Amla berries, you can assured of complete understanding and knowledge of effects Amla has.

    does amlaki have essentially the same effect as haritaki? i would love to hear the difference in use case between amlaki, haritaki and bibhitaki from your persepctive. i just discovered your channel and am learning a lot. thank you!

    • @dr.mteitelbaum

      All 3 berries are quite different and each have lots of different variations in their use. It would take pages and pages of a treatise on each of these berries to give you the full breadth of what they can do. I'm sure you can read about them in any textbook on Ayurvedic herbs, as they are extremely common and widely discussed in all the books.

    Is this Amla berry connected with the Bhumi Amla herbal drops?

    • @dr.mteitelbaum
      @dr.mteitelbaum  Год назад +3

      No, the Amlaberry is not connected with the Bhumi Amla Drops. The herb bhumi amla cools the heat in the liver and restores the intelligence back to the liver. It is only called that because it looks like the Amlaberry.
