I have full respect on Sherin Shahana mam and I respect her effort. But is it right dicission to appoint her in an impoartant job like IAS officer?? She is a quadraplegic woman which is a serious kind of disability. She can not use her hands and legs. She can not even write or turn a page on her own. How she will maintain all the office jobs?? How she will do field works?? There should be some kind of physical fitness criteria( like army, police or doctors) for such an impoartant job. Government services may be suffered if such a disabled person is appointed in the post of an IAS.
