I'm sure we will be seeing more of him. He is absolutely gorgeous. Those dimples and that smile! Oh and he is a good actor from what I’ve seen thus far.
He's an actor so. You put this mention after saying that he is beautiful and, according to you, he's gonna succeed because he's beautiful and not because he's got a talent for acting... It reflects perfectly the society that we live in...
It is what is is....I’m sure you’ve heard the term “ movie star good looks” There are quite a few celebrities male and female that got their start in acting based on having a certain look. Some of them have went on to become duds and some mastered their craft and did well. I was just commented that I thought he had the looks. Then someone commented that all they kept hearing was about his looks and asked could he act and that is why I edited my comment to add that he was a good actor in the few things that I had seen him in.
@@freddieelm the thing is Cavill isn't a very likable Superman. maybe that's the direction they wanted to go but I'm looking forward to him moving on from the role.
David Corenswet look like Superman, voice, face, hair, He IS OFFICIALLY THE SUPERMAN, Welcome to DC David, good luck man, I'm so excited to see you in Superman Legacy.
Great interview! David is an awesome and pretty smart actor. He did really good in “Hollywood” and in “The Politician”. He totally got into the characters. I hope to see more of him.
Absolutely loved Hollywood, it is one of Netflix finest and relevant series. I also was blown away by David Corenswet he is just perfect for this role, he has that classic style over him, his voice, his diction , even the way he looks. Yes you cant comment on this without mentioning his looks, Im sorry but he is extremely handsome isn't he. Hope to see a lot more of him soon
Strange to say this, but so handsome, he looks plain. Every feature perfectly in place, no angularity to hang a glance upon. His face is so smooth your eyes just roll over it.
This young man has impeccable control over his use of the English language. There is no other language as expressive & precise as English spoken by an intelligent American.
One does not survive Juilliard without already having extraordinary command of one’s skills. It is always delightful to hear such erudition & fluency but particularly from a young American.
Denny, Cornswet reminds me of the new Armie Hammer. Both have great command skills of speaking and language, it catches me off guard enough that upon hearing I have to turn and listen.
@@camnsprencheria3225 don't know about others, nor will i deny hearing a well spoken person could well be that rise you recognized. Perhaps not unlike hearing Aussie or Kiwi the first time. A non-condescending, well spoken person is definitely rare and a draw.
A great series, loved it! Yeah you can swim in those dimples lol. Def a perfect Superman of this age. I loved the Politician too! I’m sure he’ll get a lot more offers now. He’s a good actor and has the looks.
American actors are rarely this eloquent. The brits can do it all day long. I’ve wondered why the two are so different. He’s got that British-type ability to actually communicate thoughtfully. A pleasure.
I understand where you’re coming from , but have you listened to Jodie Foster or George Clooney, among others? I think it might be that American actors are more into the craft itself and loathe having to articulate anything when not in character and filming, same way a waiter might hate serving food to others when not on the job. Ok, not the perfect analogy, but I’m making my point. So a cultural thing, I guess...
Yeah I literally discovered this guy like an hour ago and I'm halfway through the first episode of Hollywood and I just had to look this guy up to see who he was and what's he's all about but definitely wouldn't be surprised to see him in more roles in the near future!
Omg soon as I saw him I.binge watched the show instantly. Great show and wow he looks even more incredible on this video and I didnt think that was possible. Just perfection.
If Warner doesn't cast this actor in a reboot film of Superman, Marvel would cast him as any of their characters like Cyclops, The Human Torch, Adam Warlock, etc
Scott Summers I want Cyclops as the male lead of the Xmen in the upcoming MCU films, and not the third wheel between Jean and Logan as the first movies. Cyclops is an amazing character and team leader from the comics but we haven't seen that in his live action incarnations
I want marvel to cast him as Richard Rider/Nova so he could have a movie of his own rather than just part of an ensemble like xmen or fantastic 4. But i will take anything lol
I don't think it's an actor's dream to be cast in a superhero movie. Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Cruise etc are not in the superhero movie but are A-list movie stars. I don't want him to appear in superhero movies. On a different note, Timothée Chalamet was glad he didn't pass the Spider-Man audition. His acting is so great that he can play a variety of roles so he doesn't have to be in a superhero movie.
What's with all the Superman comments? He has the Right Stuff, to be a Sexy, Masculine, 007 James Bond! Can imagine his many women and how he gets them to reveal their country's Secrets!
@@CM-eb2jvIt's actually a fun fact that the first actor to play James Bond( NOT Sean Connery) WAS an American( Barry Nelson in CBS's 1954 adaptation of Casino Royale) but ever since him, yeah, every other actor who has played Bond hasn't been American and I agree, it is and should be disqualifying for 007. He'd make for a great Superman, however and it sounds like he's pretty close to getting the role!
Man james gunn has struck gold casting DC as Superman! He definitely has that movie star quality in the making in him. Hope superman will help him get more leading man roles.
Very handsome, and Hollywood is a great show with such a great cast, but he and Laura Harrier's performances pale in comparison to their castmates. They try their hardest, but they either come across as stiff, stilted, and awkward at times.
How blessed are some people, this guy is so handsome, great smile, great voice.
And talented, he's more than a pretty face :)

Man.. warner brothers are so stupid for not casting him as superman. He has it all from looks, voice, even down to the personality.
Why would they? Warner already has Henry Cavill which is very similar looking to David.
