"Paint the Town Blue" was sort of a perfect double entendre - blue was the color that the undercity revolution used to symbolize their unrest (due to the color of the legendary Jynx's hair), but it also effectively describes the police state under which they're currently living.
They want to paint each other's town blue, one out of revolution and one out of control, and both lead (at the time) by people with blue hair I never made this conclusion until now lol
There is no shot of Singed pulling Vander's body in season 1 lol Maybe you're just remembering the part where Singed looks up to the body of transformed Vander hanging in the ceiling in the last episode of season 1.

It could also have something to do with his brief experience playing League in the past, but I bet George read some theories about Vander after season 1 came out too. @@acidrain92 I myself know nothing about LoL or its characters, but at the last scene of the season 2 episode 3, to me that big reveal couldn't be anyone other than Vander, I mean it's the same big silhouette he had before he "died" full of shimmer overdose, and storywise it makes more sense to be someone we knew rather than using 3 end scene credit "just" to built up a "random new monster"
@lemons_s it's going to be a MCU type universe where the stories take place on different locations but they do intersect and interact. As a neckbeard league player it's all in the lore. Singed has connections to noxus and its is confirmed in this show too. Singed does a lot more crazy experiments that affect a lot of other champions.

We only had 1 real scene with the chembarons. I didn't even know ishas name until reading comments. Each music video could have easily been half an episode. Rewatch the first season and it's like night and day. Each character gets much more screen time and development. (Characters we barely even see this season so far) In this season people change their beliefs every episodes. It's very very rushed and it's like the only thing arcane fans are agreeing on as a criticism

They've announced that this season is the end of the current storyline. They will continue telling other stories in the same universe with different characters, however. Arcane has like 10ish characters from the game, and there are over 160 champions in the game, so there's lots of room for more amazing storytelling.
@@69quato Keep in mind they had to build up an animation studio and created 2 episodes that the company wasn't happy with so they redid the story and hired more people. So the 250 mil isn't just for these 18 episodes but other things too.

idk about that because jayce is shown working together with everyone in the trailer for part 3. he doesn’t look particularly torn up about such an awful mistake he could have made. caitlyn and vi are also working with him, and since he’s partially responsible for causing the death of her father again…. unless its a situation where they have to work together but i doubt it. im pretty sure viktor was being manipulated by the arcane, and all the people he was “healing” were just being conjoined into the hive mind of his little arcane eldritch monster. when jayce kills viktor, all the people start screeching at the same time as something fades away from them. also, many of them had memories of their lives but they all acted completely differently. like they were being controlled. it was akin to a cult yes, but i think it wasnt brainwashing but legit brain hijacking. all those people were dead and the arcane was manipulating viktors good will in order to force him to do that. fixing vander was a part of it, as he would be a good host to control. i have no clue where jayce was, he seems to have a gem implanted in his wrist. and it allows him to see the “hive mind” for what it is. seems to be another hextech crystal, with his hammer working in tandem with it. but its more “organic” and less hextechy.
Vi usually wins the 1v1 in the game if she manages to get on top of her because she just oneshots her but Jinx is more of a scaling hypercarry who wins teamfights. It depends on how good the Jinx can space but Vi usually manages to get on top of her in a 1v1 because she has a lot of gap closers. Jinx class is ADC (Attack Damage Carry) which basically is just there to deal the damage and carry teamfights. They deal tons of DPS but are not very tanky which is why they are bad in 1v1s but excel in Team Fights where they get protected. Rictus (The Noxian Goon ) is not in the game but the amulet thingys that he uses are. It is an item called "Kaenic Rookern" which is basically anti-magic.
For George's question at 16:10 : That's complicated. It depends a lot on the game state, the matchup, equipped items, and skill of the player. For instance, an early game Vi can easily handle an early game Jinx. But in the later game when they have equipment and XP levels, Jinx has a better chance of zoning Vi and beating her from a distance. But, if Vi is able to ambush from a hidden position and get the initiative in the fight, she can one-shot Jinx. So each fight is different. It gets complicated and it's only really clear if you try playing. Characters like Vi and Warwick are Assassins or "Junglers" who usually spend the game roaming the map to capture objectives and help other characters get kills after the fight is already started. Jinx is usually an ADC who specializes in maximum damage output. Ambessa and Singed are tanks who soak up damage in team fights and keep aggro as much as possible. Jayce, Victor, Heimerdinger, and Ekko are usually Mid-laners who steadily push the center of the map and roam to assist the other lanes when opportunities arise. These characters usually balance damage output and utility. They also are sometimes used as supports to assist the ADC. I'm by no means a high-level LoL player, so I'm sure that there will be replies to this comment as there is always plenty of debate on characters and their metas. Edit: I forgot to add; I usually play Support so none of my mains are in Arcane. If I had to pick a character from the show, I would say I get the most use out of Victor and Jinx.
Long time League player here, but hardstuck gold/plat, so I'm middle elo? I still consider myself a scrub so take everything I mention with a grain of salt - I really appreciate everything you listed though! I only wanted to add that lore-wise, we can assume Warwick is the outright 'strongest' champion and Ambessa is currently the most 'broken' in-game (newly released champions almost always feel unbalanced given that the community doesn't know how to properly play against with them yet). I say this as an bot lane player, I main Caitlyn when I get to play her as an ADC. Caitlyn has been used quite alot in the recent meta and at the professional level as has Vi, but to support OP's comment, there are many factors that goes into winning a fight.
@@franingegnieri1831 Very true. But he can be overwhelmed if he's ganked by Vi with Jinx supporting and at least one of them has Grievous Wounds equipped. That's what makes the game so great. Any fight can be turned if you make the right decisions at the right time.
I think Act 3 will show us that Jayce had a good reason for what he did. My guess is some time fuckery where he's seen a future where Viktor's hextech version of the cult has spun out of control and become an apocalypse of a kind, so he's held it in him that it's his fault this entire time. He said he wouldn't fail this time, and that failure could be when he didn't let Viktor die when he should have, thus causing all of it from the start.
I have a feeling it's just an extension of what both men were seeing. Viktor saw hextech 100% as the solution to humanity's maladies. Jayce was rather easily swayed towards making hextech into a weapon. Viktor in his saint form continued along that path, whereas Jayce was shown basically Hiroshima and said "...Oh. EFFFFFF."
the thing to remember about arcane is that there is no "good" or "bad", everyone thinks what they doing is the right thing to do, the only reason we apply good and bad to it is due to us viewers being able to see everyone and understand the situation on all sides, where as the characters only get to see the side of what they are on, take cait for example her view on zaun/botside is that her people are being attacked by zaun and had multiple experiences of terror attack from jinx and other people of zaun, while vi and jinx point of view is the police being extreme with violence towards their people without seeing what the other people are doing

The series is fantastic at drawing parallels to show how people are far more similar than they are different. Isha's actions to protect Jinx parallels Powder's from season 1. Plus, Ambessa talking about a powerful individual embodies vision, strength, guile, and sacrifice. And on the side opposing her is Caitlyn's vision, Vi's strength, Jinx's guile, and Isha's sacrifice.
Simone noticed that there was "something" imbedded in Jayce's wrist. Remember that Jayce made a leather-like bracelet and inserted the inert stone into it that was given to him by the "unknown" mage, and he wore that bracelet. The "stone" that is imbedded in his wrist now looks like it might have been re-activated by whatever dark magic he was exposed to during his entanglement inside the hexcore or the wild rune, whatever they are going to call it.
Rikthus is not a game Character, however the runes that he and Ambesa use to ward of Magic is an Item in the game named "Kaenic Rookern" which gives a Shield warding off Magic based DMG when you have not been in Combat for a while.
53:36 You see Singed standing there. A few people have theorized that because Vander wasn't fully "cured" he wasn't part of the Hivemind yet and thus wouldn't have been affected by Viktor dying. What I think happen was Singed woke up as Vi and Jinxed went outside to check what had happened, they left Vander alone with Singed and he used whatever he was going to inject into Vander and turn him feral. It just happen to happen after Jayce took out Viktor. Also, spoilers. I don't think Viktor is dead, since we haven't seen him in his final form yet, his GLORIOUS EVOLUTION. I suspect that Singed after seeing Viktor and his new found form and powers became interested in him and will attempt to save him like he did Vander.
2 things, The trailer showing Jinx's new look now makes sense, her new look is based on Isha's look, the pink under eye lines, scribbles all over the outfit, even the sharktooth design on the Hood she wears. Also the cog/gear Victor toyed with, one side corrupted the other side clean, I now believe that was a literal representation of Jinx's state of mind, constantly in flux between being fully Jinx and Powder. But now the Cog/gear has landed corrupted side up, indicating Jinx is now fully broken/in control.
Its indicative of the whole show right really, all of the people that were using Love for good were the ones that lost at the very end. Only the ones using Love for evil currently have the upper hand

I remember when Ekko and Jinx fought on the bridge in season 1 episode 7, when Ekko was rocking his watch back and forth and it showed a young Powder, she does the same gesture! I see this theory everywhere and I could be wrong but I think people are reading too much into the breath. I rewatched that scene and there's only like two or three shots of Jayce's breath being visible and it's when he's breathing heavy or a super close up shot which we don't get from Salo. Also the fact that Viktor tells Singed/Dr. Revick that he won't sacrifice Vander's humanity has me thinking that he would know if he was killing the people he healed and I don't think that's Viktor's goal. However, I don't think it's entirely a good thing that Viktor is using hextech to heal people and Jayce definitely knows something we don't, but we'll have to wait to see what it is. Just my thoughts.
@@diamondemi think viktor is well meaning but im fairly certain hes being manipulated into doing what hes doing. why would salo abandon everything to stay down there? even if viktor healed him, to abandon everything when he had so much to do just doesn’t seem like its in his character. the arcane is using skye to manipulate viktor, making him think hes saving people. to him, it really looks that way. if you’re wondering why viktor would be normal when everyone else is getting their bodies hijacked; its simply because the “core” they had fused with viktor and they became one. it seems to be spreading like a hive mind. its why viktors voice is overlapped with another, he literally became one with hextech. and it seemingly has a mind of its own too. i feel like rhe screeching noise from all the followers lends to this theory. lets say all viktor did was heal others sure, why would they suddenly flop over and die? all viktor did was heal certain injuries or disabilities, he didn’t bring anyone back to life. at most, it would just reverse all of that. but it just killed everyone. if its a hive mind hijacking people’s bodies, this makes more sense

15:07 here they connected Warwick's lore with his old cinematics. In order, it would would be Eye of the Beast (for wild rift) then the original Warwick champion teaser from like 7 years ago. It all circles back to this scene in the show.
Warwick proved that he is a force to be reckoned with especially when he entered "The Blood Hunt" but seeing Vi, Jinx, and Isha group hug Vander when he took control after almost killing both Vi and Jinx in a fight made it heartwarming on all levels 🥺😢😭
So, some things to remember in regards to Jayce and Viktor. Jayce was trapped in the Hex dimension for like 6-12 months and whatever he saw there makes him believe that it has to be destroyed. When he emerges and is talking to Salo, Jayce has visible breath while Salo does not (indicating Salo is no longer breathing). So imagine seeing some Cthulhu level, Eldritch horrors for about a year and when you escape, the first person you see is worshipping the horrors that held you prisoner.
One thing that escapes people is there's a brief shot of how Jace sees Viktor's servants and it's really bad. Like bad enough to explain why he turned that guy into goo (notice the color of the goo, too). I'm hoping in act 3 we get to see Jace's story.
56:43 - There won't be a season 3. This is the last one. They plan to tell a different story, with different characters, but this one will end in the second season.
This season ends the Piltover and Zaun arc for Riot's series. The next one looks like the Noxus-Ionia war will be the focus, with Ambessa hiring Singed (in the old lore, Singed is the one who created the chemical weapons Noxus uses in that conflict). Plus, Orianna Reveck (Singed's daughter) plays a role in the war as well.
Rictus (Ambessa's Right-Hand Man) isn't a champion in the game, but the item/weapon he's wielding is, namely the Kaenic Rookern. According to lore, there are runes that Noxians carve in their weapons to make them more powerful. In League of Legends, this item gives 80 magic resistance, 400 health, and 100% base health regeneration. It is used when tanks want to make them more strong against magic damage champions. Galio, K'Sante, and Malphite. How they utilized this in the show is really neat. The more you know ~~
Embessa is not evil. She's Noxian. Though i understand the confusion. Noxus is a military country with strong military values. Where she comes from, her actions would be considered normal.
It’s tough to say which league character is the strongest, as they’re all good at very different things, and the balance of the game changes constantly. Even if you just want to know who wins 1v1s, that changes drastically based on the state of the game. Power level is also affected by how good the players are. Some characters, like Vi, are uncommonly good at the world class professional level, because of the kinds of team strategies she enables, and how hard it is even for top players to outplay her relatively easy engages. She’s not super top tier for average players, there are better options, but still quite good. She’s probably the best overall, but she loses duels to some of the others, like Warwick (Vander) and Ekko.

The strength of champions changes every patch. It also got classes. Vi being bruiser locking in (ccing) enemy damage dealers. While Jinx is Pure DPS melting tanks. My main Is karthus (hes not in show. Guy Is literally death reaper)
The Creepy lady who has Mel is likely LeBlanc. I don't think putting a "shapeshifting, chain using, yellow eye glowing, with stripes under those eyes" mage is unintended.

Regarding Warrick and the blood. Singe's blood is the trigger to activate/turn him on. Once he's on, any blood will trigger him. I don't know if the doctor has a way to turn him off. If he does, it's probably at his lab.
Viktor, Main'd viktor since very early on, but stopped playing a few months after Jinx was released. Super glad that Riot and Fortiche are working on 3 more series' after Arcane is through.
Answering your question about which champion from the show is the strongest, the only way to test this would be asking which one wins more 1v1s against the other characters of the show, so for that question i would say Warwick has the best kit of abilities and passives to win a 1v1 due to his absurd amount of healing and his ultimate ability that can suppress u for quite a long time. Although, you gotta take in consideration Heimerdinger, he is able to set 3 turrets and a 4th one thats bigger with his ultimate, if any champion goes inside of his setup, he will be able to win every single 1v1 no doubt. Anyway, its not an easy question to answer, a lot of things should be taken in consideration. I hope this satisfies your curiosity 😄
I truly believe Jayce did the right thing. Salo either wasn’t breathing or it wasn’t showing in the hex core. I truly think Viktor was planning something terrible, and Jayce destroyed the hexcore like they planned from the start.
There will be no S3, the writers have already stated they have no intension of making A LoLverse like Marvel. Unfortunately with some lore changes and additions this is a close to the Zaun/Piltover arc. We can hope that with enough fan begging that Riot decides to do another story in the LoL universe, considering they have a really well setup story for Noxus already in Arcane with the black rose.
“how much is riot charging” i dont play league but i got back into it after s2 and i found out they’re not charging for the skins they directly come from a loot box. its so gross. In s1 they gave away the arcane skins for free. Something I appreciate about this season too is it gives more explanation to why Silco grew so attached to Jinx and actually took her in as a daughter in the first place. Him having a similar relationship to their mother as Vander just makes everything all the more heartbreaking
yes, after Viktor's touch they were not really alive or dead. At the end, Jayce is fighting an eldritch horror that is not natural and it seems he knows it would end bad if it keeps expanding.

When Viktor learned that Jayce knew about the arcane , he stopped the interaction, almost as if Viktor had plans and Jayce knowing about the arcane could affect them. Anyway, I was saying that it is an eldritch horror since Jayce only knows that the arcane is bad, but does not know or understands how.

How come Vi was winning against Jinx? Look at the end of the fight properly before Cait intervened to save Vi, they were 2 against 1 before Isha appeared, clearly Jinx was winning and if they hadn't been 2 against 1 Vi would have lost
it was already stablished that everything Ambessa does is for her family, that she's from a nation where strenght is everything (for lore and geographical reasons) and that she's desperated because she already lost 1 son and the Black Rose is on their tail, so she seeks power i wouldn't call her a villain or evil in the slightest, she's definitely an antagonist tho, but, as any person worthy of being called a parent, she's just prioritizing their family over anyone else in this world
there is no shot of Singe pulling anything... there's a shot of Singe working at his lab and _something_ hanging from the harness that previously held that infected creature, that is not said creature. we can infer it's Vander because it's a humanoid with big arms, and the only such creature we just saw go down was Vander.
There were two show that were perfect in my estimation - perfect in the sense that neither had a single scene, never mind an episode, that wasn't wonderful. I might have to add a third one. For the record, the two shows already in the list are "The Wire" and "Rome". You should react to Rome.
Brawler Vi, Commander Caitlyn and Survivor Jayce are £15, £10, £15 respectively Strongest Character? They're all strong under the right conditions, Vi was a decent pick/ban at Worlds, probably Vi. My favourite character to play out of the Arcane crew is Caitlyn, although I only play the alternate game mode ARAM these days.
There's no season 3 of this story. But they are supposedly carrying on with an as yet untitled third season that will explore other stories in the same world. It's unclear if anything from these two seasons will carry over, such as what's happening over in Noxus, or if it'll be a clean slate of sorts. Let's see how much they can wrap up in the next episodes I guess.
Was Salo on his way with the energy modules needed to sustain Viktor but due to his unfortunate demise by Jayce, he has insufficient energy to defend himself and the sanctuary?
I think there's two paths for jinx. She can stay with Violet and reconnect with her or she'll fully give into her belief she's a jinx and become worse than ever for everyone else, with no hope of getting better. Of course, I'd be happy to be surprised. At some point, you really have to wonder if Mylo's right and she really is cursed. While she progressively develops more agency in and responsibility for the tragedies she suffers (ranging from none at all when her parents are killed as a little girl to pulling the trigger that kills Silco as a teen), the universe seems determined to destroy her psyche. Everyone around her may get killed, but having all their deaths on her conscience further drives her mad. However to quote another comment i saw "Jinx lost her emotional support orphan 😭"
There will be no season 3 for Arcane. What we have coming up isn't simply a season finale... it is the SERIES finale. Mind you, with the way Fortiche has done this, it isn't about the show getting canned, I'm confident that they have a story, and the story that they have planned for Arcane is... fundamentally reaching its conclusion in three episodes. Which is both exciting and terrifying, given what they gave us as the ending of act 2. Now, that said, this isn't the end of Fortiche making shows in the League of Legends world. The crazy thing to realize is that this show was made by the company responsible for a lot of the League music videos and cinematics. This is borderline... Riot's in-game animation studio. They're not done. They're not going to be done for as long as there is interest in what they are creating. And, given how AMAZINGLY they did with Arcane... I don't think that anyone is going to want them to stop for quite a long time.
2:10 yeah in a 1v1 Vi would win because she's a close combat bruiser. But if Jinx can just keep her off of her she easily wins as a ranged damage dealer (aka she has multiple guns)
Whos best jinx or Vi in LoL is hard to say. Because it depends at what stage of the game, early mid or lategame. Also good at different things. Jinx late game is a hypercarry tho. Meaning one of the strongest champs in the game,
Lorewise, Warwick is the strongest of the main cast, LeBlanc(or Ryze, if it was really him who saved Jayce in Season 1) is the strongest on the cameo champions. Ingame is definetly Ambessa rn, cause Riot's been releasing overbuilt champions for a few years now, and most of the characters that appear in the show are really old. it remains to be seen on what one of the unreleased champions that is a character in the series will be, and how they'll remake one of the main cast(which will be announced next week i think) I don't actually play League anymore, aside from one to two games with 4 friends a month, when we're all home, my main thing is Teamfight Tactics(I think George would enjoy it, Autochess with League champions, changing pieces and theme every 4 months) which now is Arcane themed and has even characters that are not in the game, like Silco, Maddie, and Scar(the bat guy from Ekko's group)
Jinx and Vi are pretty much completely even in game. Vi has like a 51% win rate over Jinx. Thing is, Vi is a jungler where as Jinx is a bottom laner so they don't really face off 1v1 very often at all. If hey did, early game Jinx would dominate due to range.

If you wanna play something like this, like League of Legends based, theres a few games they released that are not League called Song Of Nunu: A League Of Legends Story, The Mageseeker: A League Of Legends Story, Ruined King: A League Of Legends Story (my favorite) and Convergence: A League Of Legends Story, highly recommend them.

@lemons_s it's going to be a MCU type universe where the stories take place on different locations but they do intersect and interact. As a neckbeard league player it's all in the lore. Singed has connections to noxus and its is confirmed in this show too. Singed does a lot more crazy experiments that affect a lot of other champions.

We only had 1 real scene with the chembarons. I didn't even know ishas name until reading comments. Each music video could have easily been half an episode. Rewatch the first season and it's like night and day. Each character gets much more screen time and development. (Characters we barely even see this season so far) In this season people change their beliefs every episodes. It's very very rushed and it's like the only thing arcane fans are agreeing on as a criticism

They've announced that this season is the end of the current storyline. They will continue telling other stories in the same universe with different characters, however.
Arcane has like 10ish characters from the game, and there are over 160 champions in the game, so there's lots of room for more amazing storytelling.

idk about that because jayce is shown working together with everyone in the trailer for part 3. he doesn’t look particularly torn up about such an awful mistake he could have made. caitlyn and vi are also working with him, and since he’s partially responsible for causing the death of her father again….

i have no clue where jayce was, he seems to have a gem implanted in his wrist. and it allows him to see the “hive mind” for what it is. seems to be another hextech crystal, with his hammer working in tandem with it. but its more “organic” and less hextechy.

Vi usually wins the 1v1 in the game if she manages to get on top of her because she just oneshots her but Jinx is more of a scaling hypercarry who wins teamfights. It depends on how good the Jinx can space but Vi usually manages to get on top of her in a 1v1 because she has a lot of gap closers.
Jinx class is ADC (Attack Damage Carry) which basically is just there to deal the damage and carry teamfights. They deal tons of DPS but are not very tanky which is why they are bad in 1v1s but excel in Team Fights where they get protected.
Rictus (The Noxian Goon ) is not in the game but the amulet thingys that he uses are. It is an item called "Kaenic Rookern" which is basically anti-magic.
For George's question at 16:10 : That's complicated. It depends a lot on the game state, the matchup, equipped items, and skill of the player. For instance, an early game Vi can easily handle an early game Jinx. But in the later game when they have equipment and XP levels, Jinx has a better chance of zoning Vi and beating her from a distance. But, if Vi is able to ambush from a hidden position and get the initiative in the fight, she can one-shot Jinx. So each fight is different. It gets complicated and it's only really clear if you try playing. Characters like Vi and Warwick are Assassins or "Junglers" who usually spend the game roaming the map to capture objectives and help other characters get kills after the fight is already started. Jinx is usually an ADC who specializes in maximum damage output. Ambessa and Singed are tanks who soak up damage in team fights and keep aggro as much as possible. Jayce, Victor, Heimerdinger, and Ekko are usually Mid-laners who steadily push the center of the map and roam to assist the other lanes when opportunities arise. These characters usually balance damage output and utility. They also are sometimes used as supports to assist the ADC.
I'm by no means a high-level LoL player, so I'm sure that there will be replies to this comment as there is always plenty of debate on characters and their metas.
Edit: I forgot to add; I usually play Support so none of my mains are in Arcane. If I had to pick a character from the show, I would say I get the most use out of Victor and Jinx.

I only wanted to add that lore-wise, we can assume Warwick is the outright 'strongest' champion and Ambessa is currently the most 'broken' in-game (newly released champions almost always feel unbalanced given that the community doesn't know how to properly play against with them yet).
I say this as an bot lane player, I main Caitlyn when I get to play her as an ADC. Caitlyn has been used quite alot in the recent meta and at the professional level as has Vi, but to support OP's comment, there are many factors that goes into winning a fight.
Warwick easily wins against Vi in the early game, he's passive just gives him too many sustain

I think Act 3 will show us that Jayce had a good reason for what he did. My guess is some time fuckery where he's seen a future where Viktor's hextech version of the cult has spun out of control and become an apocalypse of a kind, so he's held it in him that it's his fault this entire time. He said he wouldn't fail this time, and that failure could be when he didn't let Viktor die when he should have, thus causing all of it from the start.
I have a feeling it's just an extension of what both men were seeing.
Viktor saw hextech 100% as the solution to humanity's maladies. Jayce was rather easily swayed towards making hextech into a weapon.
Viktor in his saint form continued along that path, whereas Jayce was shown basically Hiroshima and said "...Oh. EFFFFFF."
I think Jayce saw some crazy shit and is trying to prevent something terrible. The wild rune stuff is giving off some eldritch horror vibes to me.
the thing to remember about arcane is that there is no "good" or "bad", everyone thinks what they doing is the right thing to do, the only reason we apply good and bad to it is due to us viewers being able to see everyone and understand the situation on all sides, where as the characters only get to see the side of what they are on, take cait for example her view on zaun/botside is that her people are being attacked by zaun and had multiple experiences of terror attack from jinx and other people of zaun, while vi and jinx point of view is the police being extreme with violence towards their people without seeing what the other people are doing

The series is fantastic at drawing parallels to show how people are far more similar than they are different. Isha's actions to protect Jinx parallels Powder's from season 1. Plus, Ambessa talking about a powerful individual embodies vision, strength, guile, and sacrifice. And on the side opposing her is Caitlyn's vision, Vi's strength, Jinx's guile, and Isha's sacrifice.
Simone noticed that there was "something" imbedded in Jayce's wrist. Remember that Jayce made a leather-like bracelet and inserted the inert stone into it that was given to him by the "unknown" mage, and he wore that bracelet. The "stone" that is imbedded in his wrist now looks like it might have been re-activated by whatever dark magic he was exposed to during his entanglement inside the hexcore or the wild rune, whatever they are going to call it.
Rikthus is not a game Character, however the runes that he and Ambesa use to ward of Magic is an Item in the game named "Kaenic Rookern" which gives a Shield warding off Magic based DMG when you have not been in Combat for a while.
53:36 You see Singed standing there. A few people have theorized that because Vander wasn't fully "cured" he wasn't part of the Hivemind yet and thus wouldn't have been affected by Viktor dying. What I think happen was Singed woke up as Vi and Jinxed went outside to check what had happened, they left Vander alone with Singed and he used whatever he was going to inject into Vander and turn him feral. It just happen to happen after Jayce took out Viktor.

I don't think Viktor is dead, since we haven't seen him in his final form yet, his GLORIOUS EVOLUTION. I suspect that Singed after seeing Viktor and his new found form and powers became interested in him and will attempt to save him like he did Vander.
2 things, The trailer showing Jinx's new look now makes sense, her new look is based on Isha's look, the pink under eye lines, scribbles all over the outfit, even the sharktooth design on the Hood she wears. Also the cog/gear Victor toyed with, one side corrupted the other side clean, I now believe that was a literal representation of Jinx's state of mind, constantly in flux between being fully Jinx and Powder. But now the Cog/gear has landed corrupted side up, indicating Jinx is now fully broken/in control.
Its indicative of the whole show right really, all of the people that were using Love for good were the ones that lost at the very end. Only the ones using Love for evil currently have the upper hand

Someone pointed out that you can see Jayce's breath down in the hextech, but not Salo's. Salo was already dead.
I see this theory everywhere and I could be wrong but I think people are reading too much into the breath. I rewatched that scene and there's only like two or three shots of Jayce's breath being visible and it's when he's breathing heavy or a super close up shot which we don't get from Salo. Also the fact that Viktor tells Singed/Dr. Revick that he won't sacrifice Vander's humanity has me thinking that he would know if he was killing the people he healed and I don't think that's Viktor's goal. However, I don't think it's entirely a good thing that Viktor is using hextech to heal people and Jayce definitely knows something we don't, but we'll have to wait to see what it is. Just my thoughts.

why would salo abandon everything to stay down there? even if viktor healed him, to abandon everything when he had so much to do just doesn’t seem like its in his character.
the arcane is using skye to manipulate viktor, making him think hes saving people. to him, it really looks that way. if you’re wondering why viktor would be normal when everyone else is getting their bodies hijacked; its simply because the “core” they had fused with viktor and they became one. it seems to be spreading like a hive mind. its why viktors voice is overlapped with another, he literally became one with hextech. and it seemingly has a mind of its own too.
i feel like rhe screeching noise from all the followers lends to this theory. lets say all viktor did was heal others sure, why would they suddenly flop over and die? all viktor did was heal certain injuries or disabilities, he didn’t bring anyone back to life. at most, it would just reverse all of that. but it just killed everyone. if its a hive mind hijacking people’s bodies, this makes more sense

Warwick proved that he is a force to be reckoned with especially when he entered "The Blood Hunt" but seeing Vi, Jinx, and Isha group hug Vander when he took control after almost killing both Vi and Jinx in a fight made it heartwarming on all levels 🥺😢😭
So, some things to remember in regards to Jayce and Viktor. Jayce was trapped in the Hex dimension for like 6-12 months and whatever he saw there makes him believe that it has to be destroyed. When he emerges and is talking to Salo, Jayce has visible breath while Salo does not (indicating Salo is no longer breathing). So imagine seeing some Cthulhu level, Eldritch horrors for about a year and when you escape, the first person you see is worshipping the horrors that held you prisoner.

It doesn't specifically imply that he isn't breathing. It could be that his breath is cooler than Jayce's due to having a colder internal temperature.
One thing that escapes people is there's a brief shot of how Jace sees Viktor's servants and it's really bad. Like bad enough to explain why he turned that guy into goo (notice the color of the goo, too). I'm hoping in act 3 we get to see Jace's story.

This season ends the Piltover and Zaun arc for Riot's series. The next one looks like the Noxus-Ionia war will be the focus, with Ambessa hiring Singed (in the old lore, Singed is the one who created the chemical weapons Noxus uses in that conflict). Plus, Orianna Reveck (Singed's daughter) plays a role in the war as well.
Rictus (Ambessa's Right-Hand Man) isn't a champion in the game, but the item/weapon he's wielding is, namely the Kaenic Rookern. According to lore, there are runes that Noxians carve in their weapons to make them more powerful.
In League of Legends, this item gives 80 magic resistance, 400 health, and 100% base health regeneration. It is used when tanks want to make them more strong against magic damage champions. Galio, K'Sante, and Malphite.
How they utilized this in the show is really neat.

It’s tough to say which league character is the strongest, as they’re all good at very different things, and the balance of the game changes constantly. Even if you just want to know who wins 1v1s, that changes drastically based on the state of the game. Power level is also affected by how good the players are. Some characters, like Vi, are uncommonly good at the world class professional level, because of the kinds of team strategies she enables, and how hard it is even for top players to outplay her relatively easy engages. She’s not super top tier for average players, there are better options, but still quite good. She’s probably the best overall, but she loses duels to some of the others, like Warwick (Vander) and Ekko.

Answering your question about which champion from the show is the strongest, the only way to test this would be asking which one wins more 1v1s against the other characters of the show, so for that question i would say Warwick has the best kit of abilities and passives to win a 1v1 due to his absurd amount of healing and his ultimate ability that can suppress u for quite a long time. Although, you gotta take in consideration Heimerdinger, he is able to set 3 turrets and a 4th one thats bigger with his ultimate, if any champion goes inside of his setup, he will be able to win every single 1v1 no doubt. Anyway, its not an easy question to answer, a lot of things should be taken in consideration. I hope this satisfies your curiosity 😄
I truly believe Jayce did the right thing. Salo either wasn’t breathing or it wasn’t showing in the hex core. I truly think Viktor was planning something terrible, and Jayce destroyed the hexcore like they planned from the start.
There will be no S3, the writers have already stated they have no intension of making A LoLverse like Marvel.
Unfortunately with some lore changes and additions this is a close to the Zaun/Piltover arc.
We can hope that with enough fan begging that Riot decides to do another story in the LoL universe, considering they have a really well setup story for Noxus already in Arcane with the black rose.

Something I appreciate about this season too is it gives more explanation to why Silco grew so attached to Jinx and actually took her in as a daughter in the first place. Him having a similar relationship to their mother as Vander just makes everything all the more heartbreaking

It's a final season of Jinx&Vi story. But Arcane universe was only started.
Well creators said that's gonna be final season, but it doesn't mean they will not do more lore shows with diffrent characters from the game

Strongest Character? They're all strong under the right conditions, Vi was a decent pick/ban at Worlds, probably Vi. My favourite character to play out of the Arcane crew is Caitlyn, although I only play the alternate game mode ARAM these days.

There's no season 3 of this story. But they are supposedly carrying on with an as yet untitled third season that will explore other stories in the same world. It's unclear if anything from these two seasons will carry over, such as what's happening over in Noxus, or if it'll be a clean slate of sorts. Let's see how much they can wrap up in the next episodes I guess.

I think there's two paths for jinx. She can stay with Violet and reconnect with her or she'll fully give into her belief she's a jinx and become worse than ever for everyone else, with no hope of getting better. Of course, I'd be happy to be surprised.
At some point, you really have to wonder if Mylo's right and she really is cursed. While she progressively develops more agency in and responsibility for the tragedies she suffers (ranging from none at all when her parents are killed as a little girl to pulling the trigger that kills Silco as a teen), the universe seems determined to destroy her psyche. Everyone around her may get killed, but having all their deaths on her conscience further drives her mad.

There will be no season 3 for Arcane. What we have coming up isn't simply a season finale... it is the SERIES finale. Mind you, with the way Fortiche has done this, it isn't about the show getting canned, I'm confident that they have a story, and the story that they have planned for Arcane is... fundamentally reaching its conclusion in three episodes. Which is both exciting and terrifying, given what they gave us as the ending of act 2. Now, that said, this isn't the end of Fortiche making shows in the League of Legends world. The crazy thing to realize is that this show was made by the company responsible for a lot of the League music videos and cinematics. This is borderline... Riot's in-game animation studio. They're not done. They're not going to be done for as long as there is interest in what they are creating. And, given how AMAZINGLY they did with Arcane... I don't think that anyone is going to want them to stop for quite a long time.
2:10 yeah in a 1v1 Vi would win because she's a close combat bruiser. But if Jinx can just keep her off of her she easily wins as a ranged damage dealer (aka she has multiple guns)
Whos best jinx or Vi in LoL is hard to say. Because it depends at what stage of the game, early mid or lategame. Also good at different things. Jinx late game is a hypercarry tho. Meaning one of the strongest champs in the game,

Lorewise, Warwick is the strongest of the main cast, LeBlanc(or Ryze, if it was really him who saved Jayce in Season 1) is the strongest on the cameo champions.
Ingame is definetly Ambessa rn, cause Riot's been releasing overbuilt champions for a few years now, and most of the characters that appear in the show are really old. it remains to be seen on what one of the unreleased champions that is a character in the series will be, and how they'll remake one of the main cast(which will be announced next week i think)
I don't actually play League anymore, aside from one to two games with 4 friends a month, when we're all home, my main thing is Teamfight Tactics(I think George would enjoy it, Autochess with League champions, changing pieces and theme every 4 months) which now is Arcane themed and has even characters that are not in the game, like Silco, Maddie, and Scar(the bat guy from Ekko's group)
Jinx and Vi are pretty much completely even in game. Vi has like a 51% win rate over Jinx. Thing is, Vi is a jungler where as Jinx is a bottom laner so they don't really face off 1v1 very often at all. If hey did, early game Jinx would dominate due to range.
SOOOO... If you wanna play something like this, like League of Legends based, theres a few games they released that are not League called Song Of Nunu: A League Of Legends Story, The Mageseeker: A League Of Legends Story, Ruined King: A League Of Legends Story (my favorite) and Convergence: A League Of Legends Story, highly recommend them.
