I met my wife for the first time as she sat on one of the benches by the dinosaur fountains. That was 23 years ago. Wow.....
This really takes me back. The stores have mostly all changed, but it's still the same. Thanks for sharing this.

Shoreline village is better than the third street promenade. The third street promenade has some panhandlers that will bother you for donations.

After a brutal breakup with my heart totally broken I spent a month in Santa Monica. What a beautiful city.. I loved the Promenade. My best memory was meeting my cousin Allie and her husband and them dancing Salsa in the street while we all ate snacks. I went into the Old Navy and got a belt lol. Was a fun night. The whole month though was really special, I like being in nice areas. My heart goes out to the homeless.. that dichotomy was jarring and sad. Other than that though, awesome spot right here.
