I wonder of anyone has managed to magnetize the legs and tail to completely get either ground tyrant or winged tyrant. Or is it even feasible to attempt it
It has benn done before, saw it on a post on reddit
that sucks that the wings take up a arm slot when you should be able to have another weapon and wings
I came here just to see how to get the wings to work with magnets. Disappointed.
FYI I got a 1/4" magnet to work on the wings to attract to 3x 3/16" magnets in the body of the Hive Tyrant. You just have to make sure the wing piece lines up with the grooves in the torso so the magnets don't "torque" themselves due to gravity. (basically the wing can "droop")
+Spikey Bits If you have problems that the wings torquing you can also put in a guiding pin in the wing that goes into the body. Guiding pins can also be used when you want to magnetize the legs. Also if you don't want to lose a magnet into the body you do the drilling and fitting of the magnets before assembling.

I just finished magnetizing every limb and head on my swarm lord and it took forever!
I did my second carnifex body on the sprue. much easier!
Can I do this with the legs And the wing And the tail too? So I can build all three Versions ?
Don’t think so. The tail is gonna be a pain for ya.. soo maybe think about it.
