  • What a blast! I started in last place (32nd position) and worked my way up to 9th overall, 3rd in class, in 5 quick laps. The race was wisely stopped early due to oil and debris on the course in turns 8 and 9.
A joint event between VARA and SVRA, the High Desert Challenge took place May 28-29 at Willow Springs International Raceway in Rosamond California. Check out www.artwithcars... for a custom racing poster with your car on it!

I like that 510. Had one in high school and regret ever selling it. Great driving , looks like fun

What an amazing job of driving! Great outside pass on the Volvo.

Mine redlined at 5K, which was 100 MPH in 4th gear w/ no overdrive. Great video! My legs were twitching and tensing up, stabbing for the pedals.

The tach needle pointed to 6 at times which I think means you were going 120 mph! That's fast!

Great driving! Is the 3 modified much? You seemed to fly pass those cars at the start!

How could he do that? Is the TR3 that much faster than every other car that he could just hang back, until late in the race (or was that the entire race?), and then just pass everybody?

Due to a mechanical issue, I wasn't able to participate in the qualifying race so I had to start in last place!
