    LADIES!!!!! Please remember that just because she can do it now does not mean you have to aswell. Your body knows its own limits and when you're ready. Recover for as long as you need to. DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF. Most of us would love to be that physical after giving birth but if all you can do is walk to the end of your driveway or down the hall to the bathroom that's okay.
    P.S. I'm not hating on her, I'm happy for her. I'm reminding everyone that it's okay to not get into working out if you're not physically there yet.

      “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”

      seriously !!! my daughter is 2 but i don't understand how this lady finds the time ! i especially can't because i'm a stay at home mom. there's only a few hours out of the day that my husband can hang out with our daughter and then we don't have a vehicle so i can't even go to the gym ☠️☠️☠️ i need a home gym.

    • @vroxxzz
      @vroxxzz Год назад +15

      @@Maddipham Could also be that her partner looks after the baby for 45 minutes to one hour while she goes to the gym? She could be going early in the morning or on the evening if he works during the day, for v example. You don't need to have a baby sitter to have 30 minutes-1 hour of personal time, just a partner who is willing and able to help (able being key, as some people work odd hours etc)

    • @TheElleification
      @TheElleification Год назад +9

      At one year pp, I finally let go of the thought that a workout counts only if I workout for 45+ mins. I've accepted I don't have time to workout like I use to, so now, if all I can do is 20 mins, I count it. 20 mins/day is better than nothing that day.

      @@picklesandoxfordcommas I live in a big city and options are really different here. Many gyms have a baby gym option where you can leave the kids so they are watched while you work out, and moving to an apt with a gym in was a must for me personally and makes finding time to work out much easier.

I also train and was at the gym 4-5 x a week with my gym junkie friend for over 2 years and I'm still big. Yes, there have been noticeable minor changes, but people only see my weight. I've gained it all back after losing my father and going back to my depression.

    So I don't know what this, maybe some stretching at most

      If you listen to her goal at the beginning of the video, she mentions she wants to get back to her athletic style training. These moves train exactly that. She is also likely not training like this every workout. She is probably training strength (traditional weight lifting) in other sessions. If you are training for strength, you would lift. If you’re training for explosive power, you do some of these moves, if you’re training for endurance/stability/balance, you would train high reps low weight and add in a lot of unilateral moves (like she is here) + other moves that challenge balance and stability. So gotta listen to what the goal is and then this video makes sense! (Also no shade to you- I know it’s hard to tell tone over text- I’m a trainer so just helping explain) 😌
