LADIES!!!!! Please remember that just because she can do it now does not mean you have to aswell. Your body knows its own limits and when you're ready. Recover for as long as you need to. DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF. Most of us would love to be that physical after giving birth but if all you can do is walk to the end of your driveway or down the hall to the bathroom that's okay. P.S. I'm not hating on her, I'm happy for her. I'm reminding everyone that it's okay to not get into working out if you're not physically there yet.
it's because she was already really fit before and managed to stay active like this (but of course adapted) during her pregnancy and it's her job (also not hating)
i’m a healthy person with kid’s i didn’t feel the rush to jump back in. i also have older girls so what was i teaching them so i just did baby steps and loved my mom belly but hey it’s gone and yes i have a lil stretch marks 😂 but i dropped the weight :) i wish moms reallly took the time to just rest bc u will feel it when u get older!
bull shit you’re encouraging people to stay what they are. push yourself guys. there is nothing like now you will regret it later. you want to be the best you can be so push YOURSELF
I'm 7 months pp and although my workouts are gradually getting better/easier, I still struggle getting out of the car 🫠 lmfao I hear you girl! You're doing great!
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 NIV ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame” Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Yes please 👍 More of these types of vids. Preparation helps. I'm at the beginning of my pregnancy journey and I can barely move. I have terrible morning sickness. Atm I'm imagining exercise and eating by watching vids lol.
seriously !!! my daughter is 2 but i don't understand how this lady finds the time ! i especially can't because i'm a stay at home mom. there's only a few hours out of the day that my husband can hang out with our daughter and then we don't have a vehicle so i can't even go to the gym ☠️☠️☠️ i need a home gym.
@@Maddipham Could also be that her partner looks after the baby for 45 minutes to one hour while she goes to the gym? She could be going early in the morning or on the evening if he works during the day, for v example. You don't need to have a baby sitter to have 30 minutes-1 hour of personal time, just a partner who is willing and able to help (able being key, as some people work odd hours etc)
At one year pp, I finally let go of the thought that a workout counts only if I workout for 45+ mins. I've accepted I don't have time to workout like I use to, so now, if all I can do is 20 mins, I count it. 20 mins/day is better than nothing that day.
@@picklesandoxfordcommas I live in a big city and options are really different here. Many gyms have a baby gym option where you can leave the kids so they are watched while you work out, and moving to an apt with a gym in was a must for me personally and makes finding time to work out much easier.
Abby, out of curiosity, do you think that you and your PT roughly are on the same page before the appointment? As in, do you think you can read your body's needs pretty well rn?
Where do you get the time? Aka how do you get your baby off you to go to the gym 😩 16 weeks PP and babe needs me to hold him 22/7 - the other two hours are when I eat poop and shower 😭 help!!! 😂
I just love you so much dear friend you are the best!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I will the same in the next year because I am pregnant and I need my body back after giving birth 🤰 😘😘😘😘😘
I wish I could go to the gym! I have 3 kids which it's $30.00 a month per kid with daycare there plus a bit over $100 for 2 adults memberships! Just too expensive! I do workouts at home now but I do miss the gym!! Maybe one day :)
I also do not go to the gym! No time and can’t afford it! Maybe check out “glowbodypt”on RUclips if you’re doing at home workouts for postpartum! She has a 12 week postpartum program you could purchase but more importantly she has tons of excellent FREE videos on RUclips specifically for working out pregnant and postpartum. She really challenges you but keeps many of her workouts 10-15 minutes if you’re pressed for time.
Hey girl just thought I’d let you know that a lot of women’s gyms come with an area for kids so you can get your workout in and they’re being watched :) it’s usually covered in the subscription fee
I can't anymore. I'm done with the naturally lean women who can just get right back to their lean state. I also train and was at the gym 4-5 x a week with my gym junkie friend for over 2 years and I'm still big. Yes, there have been noticeable minor changes, but people only see my weight. I've gained it all back after losing my father and going back to my depression.
Dang… 2.5 years pp for me and I do NOT look like that nor do I have the energy for that. But I also work 40 hours a week and so does my husband and then when I’m home I’m mom full time so there is just NO time for all that lol

No shade to her, but those kindoff exercises don't do anything good to build muscle compared to regular exercises, and there are way better ways to do cardio. So I don't know what this, maybe some stretching at most
If you listen to her goal at the beginning of the video, she mentions she wants to get back to her athletic style training. These moves train exactly that. She is also likely not training like this every workout. She is probably training strength (traditional weight lifting) in other sessions. If you are training for strength, you would lift. If you’re training for explosive power, you do some of these moves, if you’re training for endurance/stability/balance, you would train high reps low weight and add in a lot of unilateral moves (like she is here) + other moves that challenge balance and stability. So gotta listen to what the goal is and then this video makes sense! (Also no shade to you- I know it’s hard to tell tone over text- I’m a trainer so just helping explain) 😌

Just guessing but she is very successful and has her own business so probably can afford baby sitter or something
