Just turn it all the way off! Lol! Take off starting vibration reduction to get rid of the nanny assist when ECS is off (both indicator lights say OFF). It’s the best lol. #notraction
you can use custom drive mode so you can turn on the sport diff with normal mode for things like steering or gear intervals if you like. Also custom has better gas milage
The increased traction in your diff *may* be plausible however the driving profile switchover in the steering module has zero to do with anything traction related...its just changing how quickly the steering changes when you switch drive modes.
You really didn't explain what the first modification does bud. To anyone reading this, DO NOT do these mods until you understand what they do exactly.
I've done the first one you mentioned already, noticed a difference in traction, and it deals with when the LSD kicks in. My question is what does the second one do, is it related to the LSD or doing something else?
mike randall i don't think it is related to the lsd. Its odd but my car feels better driving from a stop now. Just regular driving. Second one is prob for the xds.
Rev'n Step, thanks for replying so quickly. I've enjoyed your videos. I think I've figured out what body kit that is. Just Google... "Hamana MK7 Wide Bodykit" Keep the great content coming man. 👍

Is this feature also present on tgi golf 7 facelift?
What the hell is a TGI?

It was supposed to help with traction, but it didn't help with traction? Interesting. The GTI has always loved to spin tire.
It looks like the steering assist mod just maps the throttle to linear instead of a non linear mode, kinda like sport mode in the DSG is already

What’s this about? Could you please explain more for me. Thank you.
The first tweak helps the PP LSD get better tracking or makes it work better. The second changes the throttle response to more linear feeling one.
I lost interest at 3:20. Stop yakkin' and start showing.
and at 3:20 is when i started showing.... you missed out cowboy!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What's the Bluetooth and adapter brand/make of it called I want to buy one

Rev'n Step mine felt different as well, even turning felt different, I'll program the second one later today and give it a try
Can i delete the engine Light from the lambda when i drive catless downpipe?
Yes you can but it will come back. You would need a tune to disable the sensor or run a defauler.
Info on the car in the thumbnail?
Kip James, just Google... "Hamana MK7 Wide Bodykit"
Is this possible for the golf r
Drew Z could be simular
Drew Z yes push and hold the traction control button till it beeps
Thanks for the great tips!
Can you tell me what wide body kit that is on the white mk7 pictured in the static pic for this video? Thanks.
