If you go to a BTS concert in Seoul, there is an ARMY booth. Only ARMYs who has the membership can go to the booth to collect goodies, usually photo card. Other than that, I guess the card is for collection purposes only :)
For any official BTS/ARMY events in Korea, you'll need the membership card to prove you are an ARMY. For example, for music show broadcasts, you have to bring your membership card to sit in ARMY designated seats.

Dinaf BTSHINeeLOVERs that's way too much though having everything in two languages and also not fair for c-army j-army etc. People on Twitter translate for us or you can google it dont think its worth hating on for though most intl armys are not just English anyway even though many army's speak English I think Bts provides enough for us which is already better than what other language armys get
