Good question, I would love to get a signed album too. I don't have any signed by BTS myself lol. If Mwave is going to sell a signed version they will put it up on their website, otherwise not :) It was a meet and greet only half the people got signed packages, I didn't win one myself :/
u can get a signed album on mwave by buying bts cds when they have another comeback and u have a chance of getting picked and btw the more u buy the more possibilities!
