    Ingredients
    -Chickpeas canned (cooked, drained& washed) 15.5 oz/439 gr
    -Red bell peppers (roasted) 2 nos.
    -Homemade Tahini 4 tbsp
    -Olive oil 1/4 cup
    -Garlic cloves 3-4 nos.
    -Lime or lemon juice 1 whole
    -Paprika/smoked paprika 1/2 tsp
    -Salt 1/2 tsp
    -Olive oil (garnish) 2 tbsp
    -Chickpea water (Aquafaba) 2-3 tbsp
    Directions
    -cut pepper into pieces, remove core and seeds
    -Put foil paper on tray and arrange all pepper pieces into the tray. Oil them from both sides.
    -Set oven on broil high and place pepper tray in the oven for 10-15 minutes roast. Or roast until pepper skin has charred.
    -Peel off the charred skin and place red bell pepper flash into the bowl after cleaning.
    -Washed canned chickpeas with tap water. Remove skins and drain it throughly.
    -Add all the ingredients: roasted pepper, garlic, lime or lemon juice, salt, paprika powder into a food processor. Blend on high until it get smooth paste. During processor running, add chickpea water and oil in between until it reaches the desired consistency.
    -Transfer the hummus into bowl garnish with sumac, olive oil, roasted bell pepper chunks and parsley on top.
    -Serve with pita, toast, crackers, Falafel, tortilla chips.

    They sell this in Mercadona chain since forever. With roasted Spanish piquillo pimentos. Really good.
