    Incredible race and performance, quite brutal conditions. But they need to do something about that final interview format, interviewer barely listened to what they were saying and cutting them off every time someone crosses the finish line was quite off putting.

    Superb performance!
    After a crazy good swim for him it was clear if he can stick with the big bike group he will run all of them down. He basically never fades on the run & he improved a lot on the bike over the last two years.
    Congrats to him!
    Very smart and dominate win!

    Having the winner ceremony literally when Blummenfelt crossed the finish line, gave me a warm feeling of comfort. Mister "I will win the Tour de France" and "I will do a single marathon in 2h08min to get the women's world record" Blummenfelt desperately needed a reality check and a push in his place.
    Blummentfelts performance today in 2 words: Boast bloated.

    Lange drafting the whole bike. a list below of him breaking rules
    at 1:44:40 red flashing lights show that he is within 12m and doesnt pass.
    1:47:59 through aid station again is flashing lights. no pass.
    3:01:55 This is just a joke and shows how much advantage this entire pack had. Lange even sits up and hits the brakes

    • @swimgood3873
      @swimgood3873 2 месяца назад +2

      As long as he's not in the zone for 25 seconds or more it's not a violation.
      Other athletes can employ these tactics but that would mean he'd do even more damage to them on the run, see everyone else in the same pack as him for example. Lol.
      The race is the race, riding for 4 hours the amount of other athletes in similar positions to what you've highlighted will be phenomenal.

      @@swimgood3873 no once he enters the zone he has to pass within that time. He is not allowed to stay in that place and back out of the draft like he did.

      I've watched other races and commentators have explained that for example in curves and aid stations where people tend to break or slow down, they won't be as strict. So that athletes are able to get their nutrition. But I guess you know better.

    Le matériel a un peu évolué sur les 5 ans et je n'ai pas les données de vents et d'hydrométrie mais l'état de fraicheur ( le seul ) a l'arrivée . temps en 2018 7:52 en 2022 7:58 ... hier 7:35 a 38 ans . je me souviens d'un come back de Dave Scott a 40 ans 2eme ( derrière Greg Welch qui est au commentaire et qui a bien changé 😂😂 ) je me pose beaucoup de question personnel mais pas spécialement négative - je ne suis pas dans le jugement.

    Why does Matt Lieto or the other guy get his takes so wrong, utter morons "Sam Laidlow is going to run this like a.... eye of the tiger, smooth, calm" everyone could see from mile 1 he was cooked (and his history of over biking) Lange shows you what a smart, and shrewd athlete he is, play the conditions not the man. Sam needs to know he doesn't have to burn everyone off the bike...just to finish 18th.
