Check out Tyler's race here! • K1 SPEED AZ LEAGUE IS ...
K1 Speed Phoenix GP Challenge league night is back with more drivers by far than I have ever seen. Lots of fast drivers. I was not one of them.

I definitely noticed a delay as well, very specifically with letting off of the brake pedal. It was like you had to let off like half a second earlier than you would want to so it can “finish braking”. It was good to be out there and racing again!!🤙🏼
Exactly!
Sheesh! That's a lot of entries. Gotta get you back out to PKRA soon for some laps in my kart.
Heck yes!!
Next month will hopefully be better!
🙏
Looked like courtesy nudges to me
🤣
I just noticed your display didn't come on for the kart.
Yeah, I have no idea why.
I just went yesterday for the first time, I have zero experience in karting although I do some sim racing.
I was able to pull a 25.7 lap. Just did 2 races with random people and wanted to see how that compares. I’m also 6’3 235lbs…
According to their website, 24.2 is the fast time for the month, and the 32 top times are under 25 seconds. I personally think anything under 26 seconds isn't too bad.
@@DigitalRelay good to know, I think under 25 may be hard due to being heavier, I had a great racing line, and could improve some: I hardly even fit in the kart, the seat doesn’t adjust back and my knees are by the steering wheel lol.
@@srtfernie5975 I can't remember exactly, but I believe there's some adjustability with seat, pedals and steering wheel. Look for a lever or knob next time. I think weight is more of a factor with gas powered karts because they are so much lighter. The electrics are pretty heavy, so although your weight will factor in, I've seen some very fast guys who were 200+ lbs. Keep at it! Oh, and you can use that weight as a bit of advantage too. Lean out on turns to put more weight on the tires for more grip. It's a bit counterintuitive leaning out, but once you play around with it, it can be an effective strategy, especially if you get a kart that's got more understeer than it should.
whats your fastest lap here?
Not very. I think I was in the low 26's maybe high 25's. But this was also back a few months and the track has gotten faster. I'm hoping to get out again soon.
@@DigitalRelay nice i think the track record is a 239 right now. my fastest is a 24.2. i think the karts have gotten slower the past month though.
