Just my personal opinion of a guy who actually collected in the 80s and early 90s but I think the junk wax era of collecting, including the early 90s, should be one era and the era that began in the early 90s of just chasing insert cards should be another. Then the mid to late 90s where they had super-long odds chase cards like Elite, Game Jersey, etc. should be its own era too.
as a buyer, I would take the BGS 9.5 over a psa 10. BGS slabs look better, cheaper more likely, and I appreciate the more critical look BGS gives and not just rounding up to 10 like PSA seems to do
