@38:00 I would suggest perhaps being attached to the idea of permanence itself is the root cause of suffering; expect impermanence, the evidence is all around, allow healthy and loving attachments to arise and even cultivate them and when they disappear in whatever way, be grateful (you probably need to allow yourself to grieve, until your gratefulness arises)
