Ha Ha, I had to laugh at you giving the fish the fingers!! Childish but does make you feel better!! A bit of bad luck with that many not hooking up, maybe try mounting the baits the other way round, are they taking them tail first??
bait is a TAD too big for the circle only (in my opinion) best one ive had is using your stingers lmao big J hook with the free circle on top i think the eels were taking half of it and leaving the hook. Really hope to bump intto you this year down in paignton but will be hitting up the plym for our anual species comp we do (most species over the year)
