What makes you think they are AF bolts? Re-using rolled head bolts is fine, as long as they are not damaged and you re-torque the bolts after a hour or so of run in. Its conrod bolts that you want tot replace with new ones due to bolt stretch.
They are not? Thought so, as they are most commonly used in cylinder heads. Well if not, then sure it's ok. Maybe it's different with car cylinder heads, cause if you google "reuse cylinder head bolts" a lot of people want to replace them as well. Maybe I translated it wrong (stretch screw, expansion screw, stress bolt? "Dehnschraube" in German :D)?
