Im not a west ham supporter but for real Mark Noble is just an absolute legend, love the guy, you cannot bring up west ham and not mention him, such a fantastic bloke and what a leader and great influence he is for everyone at that club, superb role model.

thats a load of nonsense in one paragraph. when was the last time he had a good season? when payet was there with slaven bilic, he was close to england call up, nothing before nothing after, one good season on his entire career and suddenly he is mr westham? even nigel reo coker put him on the bench for 2 seasons, this is why the english is banter material, always looking at fellow english with rose tinted glass

@ steven g - stop being so salty. He’s talking about his character! His persona! And when he does play he has one of the best engines in the prem he runs about so much on that pitch helping the team out, even when he is blowing out of his backside he will run back to defend. Pure bitterness on your part probably because we beat Liverpool.

What a great player, was like GLUE in that midfield for years, seen them through in their worst times, but will be so proud to see them in their good time even though he's now passing that torch.. As a complete neutral here and non English - it's a fact that the brother (as a so called pundit) has played for a few clubs. He is constantly "US US US" in reference to man United. To my knowledge he was not reared supporting man United??. Where punditry is concerned 😟 the impartiality is zero. (Barcelona v Liverpool 2019 bt sport comes to mind) He's solely a cheerleader (which is fine if you are Gary neville or Jamie carragher who are in the Mark Noble club & even the former is more impartial) that has shown either poor judgement or disdain towards west ham& fanbase

80% of a professional footballers career is on the training ground. There's far more to a captains role than his performance on the pitch. It's getting the squads mentality right and setting an environment to be successful. It's communicating, driving standards and building a culture where players fight for each other. But also an enjoyable place where you want to work.
