I found the coffee tip really interesting, Signe. I have never been an overly anxious person. However, over the past 9 months, I have struggled (breast cancer). I always start my day with a glass of water, so I will modify my one per day cup of coffee. I live alone, so I order weekly X5 pre prepared healthy meals delivered to my door. It costs me a lot less than trying to buy all the bits for the meals I enjoy, and there is no waste. I then give myself 2 days where I can cook, which I really enjoy, or eat something naughty like a vegetarian pizza 😉 ❤
2 great at home workouts on RUclips are - Lift with Cee and Earth & Owl - rebounding. 30 minutes each and you can alternate weights and rebounding days. Free!!!
Meal prepping is a game changer for me! Especially prepping breakfast, because I often struggle to get out of bed. I preare myself a Bento Box like parents do for their toddlers haha. But it helps me a lot with eating my fruit and veggies
Thank you for sharing your routines. I have recently made a big effort to drink more water. I am now post menopause and get very tired and find it hard not to reach for sweet things in the evening. I do have an active lifestyle which keeps me fit and helps me mentally. I have felt much better drinking more water so will continue. Weekends I will have a treat, my favourite treat is a Cinnamon bun 😂
Atomic Habits, life changing. Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg is also great. I LOVE your idea about doubling a recipe so you don't cook every night. We usually make extra for my husband for luncn but maybe we need to triple it to do this. GREAT IDEA!! Thanks for sharing!

I recommend 100% chocolate - it is so good, helps with the cocoa craving and by now can't have any other anymore because the 100% one is just too good. There are different levels of quality obviously, prices also are much higher but totally worth it in my opinion ❤
Yess to later coffee. Just came back from a holiday and each day we took our time in the morning and only got our coffee when we headed out of the hotel. Mostly because we were in Copenhagen and all the bakeries and coffee were amazing, but felt so energised and quite surprised that I didn't crave coffee in the mornings! Also, what's your mascara? It looks defined but natural, and not too dark. Which makes me think it might be brown?
It’s amazing the difference it makes postponing your caffeine intake! 🙏🏼 It’s just a brown mascara from the drugstore yes! It makes a huge difference I think 😍
