I'm 25 shipping out in 17 day's to Army BCT (active duty) I joined because i was mid 20's working 2 job's renting a trailer home not being able to save any money on a 2 job salary, there was no chance of buying a home or affording a wife or kid's, i had no future living how i was but the Army is giving me the benefits to create that future! My MOS will be 91 Charlie Utilities equipment repairer, so ill be maintaining Refrigeration & Air conditioning units doing Soldering, Splicing, and Wiring Diagrams using a Voltage meter as a Electrical Technician in a way. I am ready to be all i can be in the Army!
@aaronbattley You can use the VA loan if you are active duty as soon as you arrive at your duty station after ait. I am an ex mortgage loan officer and currently active duty. No need to wait 2 years if you are active duty
Currently 27 years old, SSgt in the Marine Corps and I’m on my 3rd house 🏠 The military has helped me out so much thanks to the benefits available to me 🎉 I got 13 years left then I’ll retire
You should try interviewing NIck Bare as well. I know he served in the military and built a successful business, and I don't know i think it would be a pretty cool video idea beacuse I did really like this video It is very insightful and helpful for someone like me that want's to join the military. So thank you and yeah that is just another video idea if you want to go about it.
This is a big reason why I’m joining aside from serving my country. My parents have always been into real estate investing so they’re going to guide me through this
Perfect timing with this video Battley! I am leaving for BCT in 3 days, and this increased my motivation tenfold. Real estate has always been my long term plan. My parents used it to become millionaires without really trying, but all of their wealth is in assets. They've never made 100k gross in a single year. I now have a plan on how I'm going to achieve the same, thank you for giving me hope that it's possible.
Are you guy’s buying a house while in the military?
I’m in the process of joining The Active Duty and that’s one of my objectives to buy a house while I’m in.. definitely need more information tho.
@@Yardman1876 stay tuned we got more content coming !
All the houses!
@@AaronbTV okay bro definitely 👍
But this guy took years and years to get to this point
Ben Mallah did something similar by flipping properties with his VA after leaving the army; he’s worth half a billion now
He’s a big inspiration for me as well !
He is a stud!

Glad you enjoyed
Can these strategy work in the UK as well please??
Do you need to go to school for real estate first? Or you can just start renting out your property w/out being a certified real estate agent?
What do you think of joining the army through ROTC?
That's a good way of getting into the army. Do it if you can.
Awesome stuff brother!!!
Appreciate it!
Whats up bro ❤
Hey hey!
Broke Marine? Isn't that an oxymoron? 🤣
Nah redundant not contradictory
An oxymoron is a word or phrase that is inherently contradictory
What's an oxymoron?
@@AaronbTV A moron who's been sucking up too much of our oxygen 🤣
I think you mean broke (physically), when we meant broke (financially)
Any info on 91E Allied Trade Specialist MOS?

Are you eligible for VA loans after 2 years of service in the national guard (part-time)?
❤
6 years. At least for the California National Guard.
Or just do a deployment.
6 years unless u deploy
you just need 90 day active duty time so just volunteer for a deployment come back and you all set
