Something to consider, if the customer is having to pay for a new TXV then one with a removable filter screen could be purchased if possible so that if it is causing feeding problems a quick screen replace will save more money in the future for them.
Good job Jumper, That kink in the line was no good, but one thing I'm not sure is that you might have to open the solenoid valve when brazing and/or charging and recovering, Good job regardless.
So is there like a target subcooling number you shoot for or do primary rely on site glass? I've been working more on reefer at my job that have 404a but has been moving to 452a.
great job as usual, you always get tight space jobs
Great Video. Good Job. Thank you for sharing

You are correct. He needed to put a magnet 🧲 on the solenoid. Not criticizing just how I would do it.
I hear you loud clear, no one likes criticism these days.
Another great job completed.

Nice clean work
👍🇺🇸💪❄️ ever use 56% or 95/5 soft solder with liquid flux when doing txv ? Idea to spend less time heating with valve. Get in get out.
I SAND FIRST AND THEN CUT TUBE LATER .......
How u determine that txv bad? Explain please next time
looks like that evap coil is like 2in max off back wall Smh 😵💫... geat vid tho!
How does this coil even work with no gap between the wall. Such a bad installation.
