Hi yung about ba sa Citizenship processing it should be process and paid the fees when I am in USA already? And once po ba na-approved na ang visa that’s the time na pwedeng ng kumuha ng plane ticket?
The citizenship process is the last process you'll be doing once you get to the USA . You have to reside in the for 3 years if spousal visa if other immigrant visa I think the wait is 5 years then you can apply for the citizenship.

I think so. For me, my lawyers name is always on the form as the preparer and they always have a section they need to fill out and sign.
