Okay, I have to ask. What is a SMASH burger? How is it different from regular burger, which I don't eat anymore. Not a hamburger fan.
I liked that shop tour. I would have liked to see more of the jewelry as I make jewelry. If/when I hit the road to travel I'll be looking for all the gem shows. I'll be making jewelry as I travel, mostly to give away as I do now. Brings me joy. Thanks for the tour.
The hamburger is pressed into a very thin patty prior to cooking.
A "smash burger" is the old-fashioned way to make a hamburger. The thin burgers cook faster. Add some salt and pepper, and not a little green chile with cheese, some groceries, and toasted buns, and you have meal fit for a king (or queen).
