in this video I will show you how to downgrade from macOS Monterey to macOS Catalina on Unsupported Mac. in this video I'm not using a usb flash drive to create macOS Catalina bootable but I'm using a Macbook SSD to make macOS Catalina bootable. so my Macbook SSD partitioned into two partitions. the first partition is for the macOS system and the second partition is for creating macOS Catalina bootable.
In Terminal, type the following command :
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --nointeraction

If you do not see 'Install MacOS Catalina' option on restart then restart again and press and hold 'option' button

There is an error whenever i launch the terminal stuff. It starts well then it says error error. The file’s name went from untitles to install macos catalina tho. But i didn’t see anything after restarting.

this might be late but just type the password and press enter. It doesnt show any indication that it's typing but it will be

Hi Bro! Does this process work for Macbook M1 Pro 2021? I want to downgrade to BigSur.
M1 at least macOS Big Sur can't macOS Catalina.

yeah it isn't possible, m1 m2, m3+ chips can only use big sur and up@@CapsLockspeedrun
