Sorry for the late response, but I definitely saw a difference over time. About 1 week after I started this I swear I could already see a difference, this workout technique is extremely effective.
did you do 20 on each side once a day ?
So I’m going to start this exercise and upload weekly results untill I do it for 4 weeks . I have an okayish butt like it’s been thick genetically but I never had a defined butt crease a very small one on my right glute only afai remember. So let’s see if this workout can define my butt crease and if I see some results ❤

I stopped doing the exercises after a while but my right butt crease got defined but the left one is slower
I can barely lift myself up
