At 12:21 your lands have indestructible, so if you swing with a 3/3 menace, your opponent takes three or loses a beast or lotus cobra in the double block. There is also no reason not to attack with your other lands.
Also 4-mana Nissa can target a land that is already a creature from 5-mana Nissa, who creates 0/0s with 3 counters, so in the end you can swing with a 6/6 with menace and vigilance.
I googled overwhelming splendor + "enter with" effects and turns out it's working correctly, however apparently they changed the rules, so this wasn't always the case
