      @@loveforeignaccents It is not required. It is still nice that the judge is showing respect to the jurors, since they are taking the time out of their lives to make sure justice is done, and getting paid so little for it.

      Everyone is entitled to representation, and not all lawyers are unscrupulous people who go out of their way to destroy the reputations of innocent people. Some go right into the fire pit, knowing they're not going to save their client.

      @@sendthis9480 who complained? He turned completely around from the gallery, reporters and camera. He was not looking straight ahead, facing the witnesses or jury or judge the whole time. Like any other 'normal' defendant would. Face his accusers, face his charges. No, he never did. Whose weird then?

    The obvious lack of solidarity between Tim and the chief defense attorney at the moment of the guilty verdict speaks volumes of what she really thought of his guilt or innocence. But more importantly it indicates how she regarded and felt about him personally.

    You didn't even need a jury in this case. Was so obvious with cell phone records of both the victim and defendant. A T-Mobile worker could have convicted Tim😅😅

    I liked the judge's efficiency. I just wish he wasn't as "jovial" with his demeanor initially. This was a somber serious moment and certainly a trying time for the victim's family who were present.

      Grizzly True Crime summarizes it so there are videos over there. This trial had a lot of witnesses who didn’t want to be filmed and so the camera showed the ceiling in a lot of this trial. She sums up much of the trial.

      Eh, I'm not so sure. Men don't just lose half through a divorce, that's just what the wife gets judgment for typically. In reality they lost another 25% to attorney's fees and if they're the defendant in a divorce which happens 90% of the time since women file for first 90% of the time, they have to pay attorney fees for the plaintiff (wife) and attorney fees for themselves. So men generally lose at least 75% of their income and assets in a divorce and typically lose physical custody of the children. Think about that for a minute, could you survive on 25% of your current income? It doesn't justify the decision to murder but it does demonstrate the how and why these guys resort to murder...
