if you only want to use text and nothing else i think Embrilliance Express is free. I believe it will let you open, view, and save the design in your machine's stitch file format as well as type text in BX fonts. If you want to do anything else, like add in shapes of stitch/applique designs you would need Embrilliance Essentials, that what i use ive had it years and dont need anything else. I have an EE playlist on my channel maybe it will give you ideas on how to use it
Hi, I am currently using the free version of “Essentials” to decide if I want to purchase. When I click on the A, & select my font from my downloads, I don’t see the “page” section on the bottom right. I’m still having to drag in each letter. Can you tell me why I’m not seeing the page section? I do see the top objects section, the bottom is missing. Thanks and I love your videos.
I’m not sure what you mean but if you look at my video here i tell you how to make sure that your Embrilliance is set up the same as mine ruclips.net/video/ZJn4dV13vL4/видео.html
Make sure your BX font is unzipped and then drag it onto a blanl Embrilliance Esentials screen slowly and if it is a BX font and unzipped it will install and appear in your font list over on the right hand side
When you buy a font, you have to make sure it has a BX version and you install that version only into embrilliance essentials it will, then show up under the front section on the right hand side
@@applelover53 thank you, i figured out what the problem was with mine after I downloaded em brilliance my Mac did an update so I had to go redownload for the right version and then they were there!

It didn't work with me. I don't get the box that the font is been installed

Will this only work in Express mode and not the full version of Embrilliance Essentials?
You can install BX fonts in embrilliance essentials
Mine do not show under the fonts after it’s installed
