I am new to embroidery. I have a used Pfaff Creative Sensations Pro which uses VP3 files for embroidery. Does the Embrilliance Express software output VP3 files? Or how would I convert them? I looked at the Embrilliance FAQ page and it does not address file types.

I am having a hard time saving a design i made in express mode. I imported a heart that was designed on Embrilliance and added a name, however I couldn't save it to my USB drive to move it to my embroidery machine

Express mode you can ONLY use BX and save. You cannot merge with any other designs even within Embrilliance. Express mode is free and only works with the BX fonts. If you type a name with a BX font, you can save the design but you cannot merge it with anything else in the free mode. For further assistance, please contact Embrilliance directly

I installed the software no problem with the free express version. I downloaded the fonts no problem but why is it I can't remove the ABC from the main screen. When I select another font it overlays the ABC and stays in the back ground when I try to use it for embroidery.

U just have to click on the ABC and press the delete button on your keypad

You have to buy and install the bx fonts
